I recently dined at PARSI, a Persian restaurant in Madrid’s Alcobendas district, and it delighted me from start to finish. The decor features elegant, traditional Persian patterns—vibrant tilework, cozy seating nooks, and warm lighting that creates a rich yet intimate atmosphere.

I began with a fragrant bowl of ghormeh sabzi (herb stew) and a plate of perfectly grilled koobideh kebab served with fluffy saffron rice and charred tomato. Both dishes were fragrant, well-seasoned, and comforting in that deeply soulful way Persian food can be.

Next, I tried the chicken and lamb mixed kebab platter. Each skewer was juicy and tender, and the rice—lightly scented with saffron—offered a delightful base. They finished the meal with a rosewater-infused dessert that was subtly sweet and elegant.

The service was gracious and attentive. The staff explained each dish and its origins with pride, making me feel welcomed and informed—like having a friendly cultural exchange over dinner.

PARSI strikes a perfect balance between traditional flavors and thoughtful presentation. It’s a gem for anyone in Madrid craving authentic Persian cuisine in a warm, refined setting. I’ll happily return to explore more dishes...

My husband and I dined at this Persian restaurant last night, and I can confidently say it exceeded all our expectations. I ordered the Fesenjan (a dish I had never tried before), and honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but wow. It turned out to be one of the most delicious meals I've ever had in my life. The flavors were rich, comforting, and absolutely unforgettable.

Although I’ve been avoiding sugar lately, I was so impressed by the entree that I made an exception and tried their homemade ice cream and I’m so glad I did. It was phenomenal! My husband had one of the kebabs and thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well.

The ambiance was warm and stylish, with beautiful decor that made the space feel both inviting and elegant. The music set the perfect mood, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout.

This place is a true gem. We’ve already decided it’s our new go-to spot and can’t wait...

I recently dined at the new Persian restaurant in the center city of Madrid just a 7-minute walk from Plaza España. The environment was fantastic, clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, proficient in both English and Spanish. We have Mast o Khiar with bread was incredibly refreshing, and the Kabab koobideh with basmati rice was exceptionally delicious. And finish with the Iranian bastani ice cream. Considering the quality, location, and reasonable prices, I highly recommend this Persian gem for anyone seeking an authentic culinary experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Persian restaurant. The cuisine was outstanding – the meat was exceptionally tender, juicy, and full of flavor, perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned. Every bite reflected the care and skill put into the preparation. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. I truly left feeling both satisfied and impressed. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates authentic flavors and great hospitality.
