I had the pleasure of dining at Parole, a hidden gem in Spain, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! This small, unassuming restaurant packs a big punch when it comes to flavor and atmosphere.

The milanesa was, hands down, the best I've ever tried - crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. And the pizza? Absolutely amazing. But what really sets Parole apart is its charming decoration and ambience. The intimate setting makes you feel like you're in for a treat, and the attention to detail in the decor is impressive.

Ensalada Parole Kale, primeros brotes, manzana verde, lombarda, ciruelas deshidratadas con nuestro aderezo especial. Una ración correcta aunque quizás algo corta en cuánto a ciruelas, lombarda etc etc... igualmente una buena mezcla y la salsa estaba muy sabrosa.

Star Luca (Grande) Pizza en forma de estrella rellena de ricotta, salami picante, salsa de tomate italiana, mozarella fior di latte y albahaca fresca La pizza tiene bordes "doblados" lo que le da una forma de estrella. Tanto el relleno cómo la pizza espectacular. Toque picante y masa fina.

👩‍🍳 Buen servicio. Fuimos el domingo y había un par de mesas más. Nos atendieron rápido y tanto la pizza cómo la ensalada llegó rápido. La ensalada te la preparan en mesa.

🌁 El local es un local mediano con decoración "vintage" bastante bonita y cuidado. Algunos objetos antiguos expuestos en una vitrina dónde hay una mesa con asientos individuales y mesas de 2 y 4 personas en general. Tiene algunos ventanales y los baños también están cuidados. Es el antiguo MR 01

📈 Buena relación calidad precio sobre todo si evitas bebida y postre.

📉 Nada que objetar. Aunque quizás echaría de menos algún postre tipo "tiramisú" o algo más ligero. Aunque le queda algo de margen de mejora para un 10 es un restaurante...
