The food was great. We ordered the fried kibbe, tzatziki (comes with pita bread), falafel shawarma and lamb skewers (come in 2). The fried kibbe has a beautiful flavor that goes so well with the tzatziki sauce. The sauce itself is yogurt base with chunks of fresh cucumbers and oregano (I think). All of them r very flavorful, and we were both very full after this meal. It’s incredible, and the pita bread was soft and pairs perfectly with any sauce/main dish. My falafel shawarma was perfect with the amount of sauces, and there were a lot of tomato chunks (I love tomatoes so that’s a plus for me). The falafels (crisp on the outside and slightly chewy in the center) were perfectly fried and even great on its own.

The entire menu was simple but that’s exactly why I loved it.

The service was also really great. The waitress was very attentive with our needs.

The atmosphere is cozy and family friendly. There weren’t many people tonight, but it’s a beautiful place with a lot of attention to detail with the decorations.

This is the kind of place that deserves to have a line out the door, unlike those snack-flavored, store-bought spots that are just diabetes in an expensive format. The food at Sahteen is amazingly delicious, and I can't believe more people aren’t dining here. We ate everything super quickly, so unfortunately, we didn’t take any pictures.

El local es bonito, la comida está muy rica, pero desde la crítica constructiva se puede mejorar muchos aspectos . Fuimos tres a cenar el viernes , no tienen carta dé bebidas, pedimos una botella de vino a ciegas sin saber cuánto costaba , aunque luego el precio era razonable . Pedimos primero un kibbe crudo , un tzatziki y unas hojas de parra rellenas todo muy rico pero para tres es escaso, luego quisimos repetir las hojas de parra y se habían agotado , repetimos el kibeeh crudo pero estaba salado y la sémola un poco dura , la crema de pimiento estaba buena , quisimos otra botella de vino pero no había , cambiamos de vino . El servicio mejorable 100% , la chica que nos atendió muy amable , pero estaba sola , hacia lo que podía , todo el restaurante más la terraza para ella sola es demasiado. No nos pusieron aperitivo . Los platos y los cubiertos llegaron después de la comida . No sabemos si tienen postre o no porque en la carta no están , y tampoco nos ofrecieron . Estábamos en la terraza y desde ahí veíamos a la chica atendiendo todo el restaurante , y los dueños o los encargados aplastados en la barra sin hacer nada .
