No frills and huge portions. The food was incredibly fresh and well made.

As a funny sidenote: we came here as dumb tourists expecting a typical menu del dia. The prices were slightly higher than expected, but it was one of our last meals before ending our trip .

When the empanada the size of a catcher's mit came out we thought we had made a mistake. As more food and a bottle of wine came to our table we thought for sure we were being had.

However, they just feature huge portions on the weekend. We left completely stuffed...

Celebración familiar, de carta. Comida espectacular, material de primera y elaboración perfecta. El servicio, sin embargo, correcto, sin más; se notaba que no éramos clientes habituales, pero con vocación de serlo, dada la alta calidad de la comida. Ya habíamos hecho planes. Detalle final: tras varias insinuaciones, el clásico chupito, que servían al resto de mesas de forma muy natural, nunca llegó... Consecuencia: 10 euros de propina perdidos, más la pérdida un cliente fiel y generoso, con planes de volver a muy menudo. Para los que ya tenemos cierta edad, hay detalles comparativos que han de cuidarse. Una verdadera lástima, y lo digo de verdad, porque la comida es excelente. No volveré y ya no...

Good quality in the Tetuan neighborhood. Well served traditional recipes. We usually have hake and meat which are excellent, but everything looks delicious. Small place so you should book a table if you are looking...
