This is a hard and odd review to write.

I enjoyed the ambiance. I am a huge cat lover and the cat references were so much fun. I was having a great time with my spouse (a certified Sommelier) until…our table was left completely unattended. No one offered us food. No one offered us another drink. All the employees avoided eye contact with us while walking by our table. We were not rude or over the top, just politely sitting and waiting. Attempting to make eye contact or to otherwise flag down a waiter. But….nothing. I had to go find an employee after 30-40 minutes to place an order for food.

While ordering, I tried to order 3 dishes (including 2 appetizers) but was told it was “too much” and only allowed to order the one main dish. I’ve never had a restaurant literally turn down my money. I was in no hurry, and it was not late or close to closing time. It was truly, truly bizarre.

Then, our food was served, at which point our drink glasses were empty. We were never asked if we wanted another drink or even water. We sat there for 15 minutes, food untouched, until again - we had to actively flag down a worker to ask for a drink.

A manager was standing just a few feet behind our table. Not ONCE did he, nor any other employee, stop by our table. Eye contact was continuously avoided.

The food was decent. However, the service ruined our experience entirely. It was sad because this was our very first restaurant experience in Madrid and we were extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend coming here, except for maybe a...

A place to forget. After being hit by a waiter, who drop a drink he was carrying over another customer, we were asked to leave the place!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Please, avoid. You can have whatever you were looking for here in another place, better and cheaper.

On behalf of the owners answer: Would you leave the wolf take care of the sheeps? That’s the value of your answer: Of course it’s all anyone else’s fault. You had a customer soaked in some iced cocktail (really really sorry for that indeed, I’d change myself for that position, sadly it’s not possible) and another 3 disgusted on what happened, and your solution is blaming, criticizing, causing controversy… truly awesome reaction. I apologized the waiter who hit me, and even managed to catch the glass in the air to avoid it breaking on the floor… but I suppose that was quickly forgotten, right? I also tried to say sorry to the soaked customer, but at that moment I couldn’t, and thought the management would take better control of that situation than me, sorry for that, my mistake. Instead of that, it seems you just searched for somebody to blame… how nice. Hope, but I seriously doubt, that you’re thinking on ways to make this impossible to happen again, and not blaming the world for ruin people’s...

READ THIS!

I am not happy. Even though the tapas at the beginning were okay (~ not enough taste), something else made me so angry.

Imagine waiting 30-40 mins for the MAIN DISH hoping to have it, you ask the waitress “is it ready” only for her to be surprised and forgot to put it in your order. Disappointing, right?

Then 20 mins later I receive my main dish (burger) only for the meat to be UNDERCOOKED and not FRESH. Everything we ordered costed us over 100+ €!

Plus, the waiters kept ignoring us for not speaking spanish (like hello? It’s not the only language in the world!).

Plus it’s very expensive! We went in another restaurant where the food only costed us 70-80€, the service was perfect (top notch) and the food itself was very tasty! For us, this is a scam restaurant.. extremely disappointed…

I hope that this restaurant will change in the near future; because things could really get bad financially if it continues treating its customers like that and keeps serving bad food like this.

I highly do not recommend except if you want to spend your money for...

Was looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon this place on a Friday night. We were able to get a high top table for 2 around 8 pm but watched people get turned away after without reservations. The atmosphere was electric and the decor very trendy. Cocktails were pricey but pretty and yummy. Live DJ and the full house added to the ambiance. A great night out! The bartender had flair making cocktails and the hostess at the door was extremely friendly. Cocktail menu is in Spanish only, but nothing Google translate can’t tackle! Make a reservation if you want to make sure you get a table! We had 2 radlers and 2 cocktails and and the beef rib entree. Not a cheap meal but had fun!

Came here for a party of 2 for my 1:30 pm reservation and was greeted and seated by the waiter. The interior is very cute and well maintained. The sangria was solid but personally I would have liked it a bit sweeter and less ice, which took up close to half the cup. The crispy pork belly was crispy but then too dry to hard to chew. Flavor was good though. Cauliflower head was solid Garlic shrimps were great flavor Scallops were great flavor but not tender so separating it from the shell was difficult and left a lot of meat on the shell. Great tasting foods overall but personally feel like some of the textures were overcooked. On the pricier end but not too expensive.

5 stars for the atmosphere (it always looks full); the quick and friendly service; and the original and value-for-money weekday lunches. There's a choice of 3 dishes for each course. We both had the sweet potato with a chili, lime and coriander dressing followed by strips of pork in tempura with an orange sauce and fries. The weekday set menu at 13.50 includes a drink and dessert or coffee. Booking is recommended. We went early at 13.30 but it filled up very quickly.
