Simply spectacular! The Khung Kra Prouw blew my socks off. The steamed rice was fresh, hot and fluffy even at 10:00 p.m. (perhaps it's cooked in small batches for freshness?) The Black Orchid dessert is rich and sumptuous. Dense, elaborate recipes. Charming, sensuous atmospherics. Five star service. Condensed but great selection of wines. These folks are restaurateurs and know what they're doing. This is the real deal. Instantly one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid. A real destination!

The place has an interesting decoration and ambience. We feel like we are in Thailand.. 😁 The staffs were super nice, quick and knowledgable towards their menu. The dishes were a bit oily for us, especially the green curry chicken. The dessert was delicious as it was difficult to find mango sticky rice that offers an authentic thai taste. The place is a bit pricey for the taste, they may justify with their unique ambience. Will come back for the dessert and the atmosphere 😉

Fui a comer allí, la comida estaba bastante rica, recomendable el Pad Thai con langostinos y el pato (ped saboy). Las raciones son bastante grandes por lo que no conviene pasarse pidiendo, pedimos 2 entrantes, 3 platos y 4 postres entre 5 y terminamos bien. Los postes el kho lipe y el manaw, uno de sabores frescos tropicales y el otro cítrico dependiendo de lo que te guste. Nos salió bastante barato 110€ más menos (bebiendo agua) lo cual encuentro basstante razonable. Le bajo la puntuación por varias razones que podrían corregir fácilmente. En cuanto a la comanda son un poco desastre en un par de ocasiones se equivocaron de platos y por otra parte no nos trajeron uno de los entrantes que pedimos. Por otra parte, deberían mejorar en cuanto a la atención al cliente puesto que le preguntamos por un lado sobre la cantidad y por otro para que nos recomendara y no nos dio una respuesta muy clara a ninguna de las dos. El sitio es agradable, bien decorado y una terraza muy amplia. A mejorar otro puntillismo son los horarios puesto que a las 4 ya estaban cerrando por lo que no da mucho tiempo a tomarte un café tranquilamente ni una pequeña sobre mesa, a medio día aún pero si es igual por la noche a las 11 estás fuera.

Amazing place for delicios Thai food in Madrid. My friend and I went with our two little girls (2.5 y.o.) and not only were they able to provide chairs for them, they also treated them in such a beautiful manner. They were guests just as we were and thats something a mother really gets excited about. The food was delicious, we orderd peanut chicken for the girls and pad thai for ourselves.
