This French-Spanish fusion restaurant features a warm, rustic interior with wood and brick walls, creating a cozy farmhouse atmosphere. The space is divided into two areas: a bar section near the entrance and a dining area with a semi-open kitchen at the back. Dim lighting and candles add to the ambiance. The service is friendly, though at times the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests.

We ordered the Corvina salvaje, Salmón, Codorniz, and Mollejas, all of which were well-prepared. My favorites were the Salmón and Codorniz—the salmon was incredibly juicy, with a creamy yet refreshing sauce, while the quail was tender and infused with a balanced blend of curry spices, yogurt, and lemon. The Mollejas were also enjoyable, though I found the roasted radicchio overly bitter, lacking a sweet contrast to balance the flavor. For dessert, we had the Pavlova, which was decent but not as memorable as the main courses.

Overall, it was a unique dining experience, with a strong sense of style in both the decor and cuisine. The food was consistently high quality, though the pacing of service could have been better. The first two dishes arrived within minutes, but the next two took about 35 minutes, leaving us waiting for quite some time. Fortunately, the sourdough bread helped pass the time. At checkout, the waiter apologized for the delay and kindly waived the dessert charge, bringing our total to around 110 EUR,...

To say this is the worst place I’ve been to in Madrid is an understatement. We had a table booked and when we got there place was mostly empty, only 2 tables were taken. We requested another table but got denied it because it was for four ppl vs two. Needless to say they never arrived. Service was completely absent, it took us over 1h to have gildas delivered and they completely forgot about a second dish blaming a fault in the system but there was barely anybody there???? Menu is short and does not look appetising anyway, if you want to get dinner please do yourself a favour and book elsewhere...€27 eur for two house wines and a couple gildas is absolute robbery. The staff cared zero about our disappointment and barely knew what the dishes contained. Ugh,...

Disappointing waste of time - worst service experience I’ve had in Madrid. What a shame, it seemed so promising. Made a reservation for 1045pm for dinner and was told to wait at the bar while they got the table ready. We were only given the drinks menu.

By the time the table was ready, we waited at least 15 mins to be acknowledged and be able to order. And at that point, we had to ask for the food menu and were told that the kitchen had closed at 11pm and we could only order bar snacks. No acknowledgement and no apologies.

When I asked one of the staff why they hadn’t told us about the kitchen closing, he dismissed me and walked away mid-sentence. Needless to say, we left our drinks and went to a lovely place around the corner...

First, we had cocktails in the bar, I did not like the Bloody Mary but my husband says the Negroni was pretty good. Then we moved to the sala and had tarama, salade nicoise, mollejas (sweetbread), and sepia. However, I believe the menu changes regularly, if you go there for something special, it would be disappointing. Molljas was amazing but other dishes were just average. It's a little pricy restaurant but they have a pretty rich wine list and super kind staff. The ambiance was also quite dim but beautiful overall.
