Lettus Marbella - Healthy Food — Restaurant in Marbella

Ive come here meany times i came today to see 2 new staff the old staff was super nice and the poke was amazing, this time i came 30 min before closing to take the poke with me. One staff didn’t let me use the bathroom saying its cleaned and cant be used anymore and the other lady at the register took my order with the biggest attitude and to top it all off the poke tasted strange not as i remember it, need to get back the old staff or find someone better for me im sorry but it left a bad taste in my mouth and i don’t think i will be...

Even though they do not deliver today, their website allowed for me to put an order. They tried to call 45 mins later, which I missed (my fault, I accept that), but there was zero official comms on their website about the lack of delivery today.

Here I am, waiting 1.5 hrs for them and now without lunch, and have to find another place. The thing is, even though I like their food, probably this was the last time I ordered from them - hopefully they update their website to avoid situations like this...

I had a wonderful experience at Lettus in Marbella! The service was absolutely amazing — I was warmly welcomed and felt genuinely taken care of. A special thank you to Cinthia and Angel, who were both incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. With so many delicious options on the menu, I had no idea what to choose, but they patiently helped me decide and made great recommendations. Their positive energy really made the visit extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back....
