I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience was far from acceptable. I arrived on time for our reservation (a table for five) and was the first to get there. Despite waiting for around 10 minutes, no one approached me—not even to offer a drink. I had to ask for the menu myself.
When the rest of the group arrived, they were also not given menus, and after another 15 minutes, the waiter came to ask if we were ready to order. At that point, we still hadn’t received menus.
The food service was extremely slow. The appetizer arrived late, and the clams were served cold, which I had to return. The gap between the appetizer and the main course was over 30 minutes. When I asked about the delay, the waiter blamed it on an issue with their internet — a completely unreasonable excuse for such poor service.
The main courses were no better. The paella was undercooked, despite me specifically requesting it well done for that crispy base. The shrimp was served below medium—almost raw—and was inedible. The padrón peppers were extremely spicy across the board, which is highly unusual for this dish.
To top it off, we paid €495 for five people, without any major alcoholic drinks — an excessive price for such a disappointing experience. I shared my concerns with the staff, but no one from management approached us to follow up, apologize, or even offer a simple gesture like dessert — something you’d expect from any fine dining restaurant trying to recover a poor experience.
Overall, the lack of attention, slow service, poor food quality, and indifference from the staff made this visit deeply disappointing. My...
