Amazing experience! By far the best food I had while staying in Marbella. I ordered the chaufa de pollo, which was extremely flavourful. It had a lot of sauces which complemented each other really nicely to make a perfect rice dish. For the price, the portion size was perfect too. I have a big appetite and felt full after eating here. As well, they can easily accommodate for gluten free and other types of restrictions. I really like the design of the place and the music they played. The place is overrated as most of them in this area. I have been to this place today with my peruvian family. It took them 40 minutes to cook 3 relatevly simple dishes. You can imagine how I was disappointed that one of them was not even eatable. The Ceviche was below average. The best one was inca kola. But it is hard to make it wrong. I had to leave without finishing my dish. At the end I went to eat at home. I paid more than 60 EUR for this experience. Hace varios años que mis amigos y yo somos habituales de este restaurante, ya que como buena peruana que soy añoro comer lo de mi Perú, y en Lima 26 su comida es muy rica y queda cerca de donde vivimos. Las veces que hemos ido, hasta el sábado último, habíamos quedado encantados con el servicio y siempre lo recomendaba cuando alguien me preguntaba en dónde comer comida peruana en Málaga. Lastimosamente, ya no podrá ser.

Arriba, una amiga ha comentado lo que en efecto ocurrió el sábado último: nos pedimos de postre una tarta de chocolate con helado y nata. A mí me llegó bien el pedido, pero el brownie de ella estaba tan duro, que para cortar un trozo del mismo hasta se dobló la cucharita. Cuando se lo comentó a la camarera ella le dijo «Disculpas, pero te comiste el helado», cuando ni es la contestación ni son las formas, mínimo le hubieran cambiado de brownie o no le hubieran cobrado el postre, o el dueño hubiera salido por lo menos a disculparse, no sé. Para el precio del postre, 7.5€, un brownie duro deja mucho que desear. Para rematar, cuando nos trajeron la cuenta nos dimos cuenta de que nos estaban cobrando una botella de vino más, y tuvimos que reclamarlo en la barra.

En fin, una lástima porque Lima 26 siempre era mi punto de referencia cuando quería un rinconcito de Marbella que me supiera a mi Perú que tanto extraño, pero ya no creo...
