Honestly one of the worst café experiences I’ve had. We arrived at Mambo’s Café at 11am and didn’t receive our food until 12:15pm. All we ordered was beans, egg, bacon and sausage – hardly something that takes over an hour to prepare.
What made it worse was the complete lack of communication. We weren’t given any updates, and when we politely asked how much longer it would be, the waitress just brushed us off with “you’re next” — only for us to watch other customers (who arrived after us) get served before we did.
When the food finally came, it was just plonked down in front of us with no “enjoy your meal” or any basic courtesy. And to top it off, the food itself was bland, poorly cooked, and just generally disappointing.

The lady said she had GF bread and the hash brown could be done in a separate pan. My mum and I both asked for a mini breakfast - mine with GF toast and a hash brown substituted for the sausage.
