Restaurante Chino Mandarin — Restaurant in Mogán

Seemingly the only restaurant in Arguineguin that can make good food. We were so incredibly disappointed with all the other restaurants that we kept coming back to this place. I think that we ate here 5-6 times during the 7 day trip.

The boss is very friendly and he knows what he is doing. The other staff were also nice and smiley.

The prices are low, the restaurant itself seems very authentic and gives you that feeling of really being in a Chinese restaurant. The food? It's great. We all liked it and my brother said that this was the best food that he has ever tasted.

I’ve eaten here a few times and it never disappoints.

Powerful flavors, reasonable priced and great service.

We ordered their whole Peking duck (remember to order it 24 hours before). It’s worth every cent.

First they cut of the crispy skin and served it in pancakes with vegetables, hoisin sauce and crispy noodles.

After that they served a soup made from the bones of the duck.

The third serving was the duck meat, served in three different ways (you get to choose what). We went with ginger and sweet&sour. The third way was the duck meat and wings fries to a crisp.

Cockroach running on table and prices are showed without 7% VAT, so the final price including VAT you can see only on your reciep. On our table we had to kill an cockroach which was very fast running to our plate with food 🤮 , luckily we almost finished the lunch already but still horrible experience. We told this to the waiter and he did not apologized or anything, only brought paper napkin to cover the dirt of the dead cockroach.
