Restaurante Pizzería Ciao — Restaurant in Mogán

There were some initial concerns regarding the previous reviews, but from our experience (family of 5) they couldn't be more wrong! We were seated and seen to immediately and all waitresses were very attentive and friendly. Ordered drinks, arrived quickly and then ordered food. We had just finished our starters when the mains arrived never had such swift service, the staff constantly checked upon us as well.

The food overall was very good, ordered pizza and pastas. We asked for a change one dish due to preference and the staff were extremely accommodating and everything turned out perfect!

Didn't wait long for the bill, and we found that it was all priced extremely well since we ordered starters, main, dessert and 3 rounds of drinks. It only ended up being just over £100 for all 5 of us!

I definitely should not forget to mention the views, looking out into the ocean watching the sunset was very scenic and created a lovely atmosphere.

Overall our experience was perfect here. Great service. Great food. Great prices. Great location. Would definitely recommend...

Food was overpriced, they have a “chefs recommendation menu” I ordered from, it was overpriced I paid 23 euro’s and was still hungry after. And it wasn’t even good.

After eating I asked for the bill waited 5 minutes, the bill never came so I asked again and they forgot us again, so I went up and then it took 5 more minutes for them to summarise the bill. I asked to pay with card and 2 times she gave me the little bucket (that is for paying with cash) because if you pay with card, tip is not included. FINALLY I was able to pay with card and she looked at me like I was dumb. So yeah, stay away from this place 1/10 do not recommend

Best part is even though I did not like the food we still agreed to tip them, BUT them “forgetting us” made us...

It's a good view, but everything else is trash. When my family(of 4) and I came and sat down the services was looking over at our table and had a "irritating" look at their faces. And after a while they came to us and did just trow the menu at the table and she did just leave after. So we did wait and after a half an hour she did come to our table and asked what we want for drinks. And then she was gone when was going to ask her whats taking so long time( the restaurant wasn't full or anything close that, like we did see them go around and doing nothing...). So we got our food orded after we did wait 20 min for the drinks and after 1 hour waiting on the food it wasn't even cooked. It was cold.
