We walked past this restaurant many times while on vacation in the city so we decided to eat here for the last day. We came at 19:00 and we were greeted by a friendly man, probably in his 40's. He directed us to our pre-booked seats and that's when the "problems" began. The floor was very dirty, and there were dust, dirt and an old black plastic bag under the table closest to us. That was a little off putting. About the menu, it was all electronic. I have bad experiences with this system, but I gave it a try. The website itself was bad, really bad. The logo was flying around the screen and the site was very slow. They definitely need a new website for this.
We then got "greeted" by another waiter. He didn't say one word to us, he just walked up and took the order. When I began to say our orders, he just sighed and walked away. What? He then came back with a piece of paper in his hand, still without saying anything, and was ready again. When we were done ordering, no smile, no thank you, he just walked away. Off putting.
The food itself, I mean, it was pretty bad. I ordered a lasagna and the "plates" were hard in the middle so it was impossible to chew the middle part, so I only ate the sides. My dad got a steak, he wanted medium rare, but that thing was rare. Me and my dad usually cooks together, I know what a medium rare steak looks like, and this steak was purple. It was purple.
When we had to pay, the same waiter came over without saying a word and just gave the receipt. What the hell guys? This was very very very very dissatisfying and I was incredibly disappointed with this...
Read moreDesde el principio fue mal.. llamamos para hacer reserva para 8 y nos dijeron que no hacían reserva por el (mal) tiempo.Hacía un tiempo estupendo con cielo despejado.Nos aventuramos y fuimos al restaurante. Al llegar pedimos mesa y la contestación de un señor que luego supimos era el dueño fue: mesa ni dentro ni fuera, y de mala gana.Yo me habría ido pero mis amigos decidieron pedir otra vez mesa para 8, pero nos daban la opción de comer separados (2 por mesa). Al final, gracias al camarero Ángel (un encanto como persona y un profesional como la copa de un pino) que nos acomodó las mesas juntas, nos sentamos. Hicimos pedido de bebidas, entrantes y primer plato a las 7:45. Fueron servidos en tiempo prudencial y estaba todo muy rico, pero finalizamos y a los 45 minutos de esperar por el segundo plato,lo comunicamos al camarero. Éste se disculpó y fue a ver qué pasaba y, para nuestra sorpresa, volvió a salir el dueño en actitud desafiante, y de muy malas formas, agresivo tanto en su forma de hablar como en la mirada, nos dijo que 'tenemos que saber que los segundos platos tardan más en salir', y echó una mirada fulminante a uno de mis amigos y se largó, a lo que yo le dije que tenía que saber que no era la primera vez que comíamos en un restaurante. En menos de 5 minutos salieron 2 platos (bacalao) pero hubo que esperar unos 5 minutos más para que salieran 2 solomillos. Luego esperamos otro rato más para la parrillada y un lenguado... y el calamar llegó casi a mitad de la cena del resto. Más tarde quedamos solos en la terraza, y aunque había 5 mesas dentro ocupadas, apagaron las luces de la terraza sobre las 21:50 (cuando cierran a las 22:00 y estábamos con los postres). Entendemos que las luces se apaguen a cinco minutos de cerrar, para hacer entender que está próximo el cierre, pero no 10 minutos antes y no sólo un apartado. La experiencia fue nefasta gracias a ese dueño que no entendemos qué quiere de su negocio. Lo mejor es tener clientela, no tratarla como basura. Lo lamento por los trabajadores de ese local por tener que soportar a un jefe con ese talante, despótico y maleducado. Ah! Aparte del camarero que fue muy profesional y humano, la comida sí es de calidad aunque nos llegara fría o semi fría, y el acompañamiento en el plato fuera escaso y 'de risa'., aunque cara para la experiencia vivida (casi 300€) No dudo en que jamás volveré por el trato del dueño. La prepotencia y el no saber estar y tratar a los clientes daña un negocio. Nosotros en todo momento...

I ordered a medium steak, and was served what can only be called Raw -
The internal meat was very cold, colder than my finger.
I presented the waiter with this and he immediately took it back to the chef.
We immediately heard the chef started complaining and got angry, saw him throw the meat into the microwave. Waiter returned With our food, mine now well done +++ and my wife’s food was still rare.
Also the meat they gave back to my wife was also still rare..
They told me they were nice for letting me pay for just the one main dish…
