I am finding it hard to search for words to express the experience. Usually the problem is seen either during or later BUT I did not get that far 🤣 My experience terminated upon entry. You might think I did not pass face control??? It's a restaurant rather than a night club... regardless, my problem started when I met a nice chap to lead me to the restaurant. You might ask what can possibly go wrong??? I stopped to ask for a more detailed look at the menu. The next sequence of events do not follow the norms rather the same chap evolved. He perceived himself as white and fluffy a minute ago and now an aggressive mindless beast. The question he asked me baffles me to this day "do you want the meal free???" Potentially my brain cells are not enough to understand a simple request. At this point you may 🤔 if it's over??? Nope. I sat in a restaurant close with visual contact. Every time he saw me either a curse or profanity.... I still wonder if I was wrong. 😂 I spoke to some staff in the restaurant about his behavior... The mentioned that he was removed and re-instated in same restaurant 🤔 It tells a lot. Restaurant is doing it's best to keep unemployment level lower at expense of customers satisfaction 😂 good strategy

We stopped by one evening for dinner, we were seated straight away, however we did have to ask for the empty table outside! As others have mentioned the tables are close together, this is due to the limited space at these restaurants, we didn’t find this a problem personally. We ordered the seafood paella and the spaghetti carbonara. The paella arrived on a hot iron plate, however it was smaller than we have experienced before and it was not served for us. It tasted good but we felt was more rice than anything else and lacked in seafood. It was good but did not seem authentic, the spaghetti carbonara tested good however the sauce was extra thick, it reminded me of the macaroni puddings my mother used to make. Overall we enjoyed the experience, it was expensive and definitely not the authentic experience we hoped for. Could certainly be improved if they wanted to

We had a lovely meal here. I’m coeliac and when I asked about gluten free options the waiter said there were only two things on the menu that weren’t available as GF - croquettes and lasagna. I opted for GF carbonara and GF garlic bread with cheese. Both were very tasty. One of the best meals we’ve had so far this holiday. My mum had the lasagna which looked and (apparently) tasted fantastic. The atmosphere was great and the drinks were even better. We ended up having conversations with the neighbouring table and the staff were very attentive and kind too. Thank you very much!

Whats the point of offering gluten free only to serve up gluten and not bother informing the diner with the allergy?

We asked for a gluten free pizza and made it incredibly clear we needed gluten free. In fact, this was after having been requested to dine the day prior and being thoroughly assured that the gluten free dining requirement could be met. (The guy also lied about them having lactose free cheese, but I'll focus on the thing that has us scrambling for ineffective pain meds)

Lo and behold, our vacation has been upended with cramps, migraines and everything else those with a gluten intolerance can imagine. They offered to call a Dr, but as anyone with gluten allergens knows, there's nothing to be done. When we said their actions would cause my mum to be ill for 2-3 days, the staff responded with a mindless smile.

Since this was our second visit here, we made the mistake of trusting the staff to be competent enough to serve what was ordered. Won't be doing that again.

Plenty of restaurants along the same road as this one offer gluten free options. I'd be cautious about going here unless you're willing to cancel the plans you've made for the...

Tried this place on a whim as it seemed a bit quieter than it's neighbours and we weren't disappointed. The staff were absolutely lovely - they were friendly and really helpful. There was a slight wobble in the outdoor table that we didn't really notice but our server pounced on it straight away and rectified the issue.

I had the Canarian Potatoes and the Mojo dip to start, my wife had the bread with cheese and tomato. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and the dip was flavoursome. For mains I opted to get the Meat Paella (No shellfish) for one, something they were happy to do. My wife had the Tuna Steaks. Both dishes were fantastic - my wife loved the Tuna steaks but unfortunately the portion was just too big for her to finish.

Including a bottle of Cava, 2 starters, 2 mains and an espresso, our final bill came to €50.30 - the best value meal we had for our whole stay in Puerto Rico and one of the highest quality meals. I'd very much recommend visiting this little gem of an...
