Restaurante La Tradizionale — Restaurant in Mogán

Came to this restaurant with our 2 little ones. Wished I'd looked at the rating on Google first - there's a reason why this restaurant has the lowest ratings of all the restaurants on the sea front. Everywhere we've eaten this week we've been really impressed with how friendly and polite the service is. Not so here. Recommend avoiding and taking your custom to the other restaurants that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

At Restaurante La Tradizionale the staff were pushy throughout (if you go you will notice they are more pushy than the other restaurants nearby and this pushiness continues quite aggressively inside the restaurant.

Like other reviews we were rushed through every course. We ordered a couple of pizzas which didnt taste fresh, pretty sure at least the base was frozen.

At the end of the meal we politely provided feedback that we'd felt quite rushed through the meal and the server very rudely and abruptly responded by saying "well we need the table because we need the money" and proceeded to shove us out the restaurant.

Never have I been spoken by staff in a restaurant in such a manner.

Don't waste your money on such poor food...

Food was good, people friendly BUT few things made a bit odd feeling. First: we waited for our food to arrive to the table after the starters for a quite long time. Before the food finally arrived, a waitress asked something like do we want another plate? while waiting. We did not get what he ment, then another waitress talked to him in spanish and after that said to us, that everything is OK. We were like what is going on?!?? After the main course we ordered some crepes for dessert, but for our surprise we were offered chocolate cake instead, because it would come faster to the table. Well, we wanted the crepes, that is why we ordered them. Maybe this is some Spanish way... but then, after eating the crepes we asked for the check and waited over 15 minutes for it- the waitress simply forgot us. Another waitress finally realised the situation, apologised, brought the check and...

We went for drinks as it was late. We were also checking the menu to have something nice for dinner the next day. I'm not sure if we were ignored because we got "just" drinks but I don't recommend to going near that place. Cushions for smokers were 1.5m from our table, so all that stink is in your face. Staff: typical non local, will nod and tell you it's good while they have no idea. My fiance asked about the beer, he was told "yes yes it's normal, yes is good". Servers had no clue. It was stronger, not your regular beer and far from a local 2.5% ones. We asked for a bill: "no my friend, I'm busy hahaha, ok". Then he just ignored us completely, went to two other tables with more people. After a few minutes I managed to get one of the young boys and he got us the bill in no time. That's the only positive thing I can say about this...
