We had been looking for a place that did more traditional tapas, and this hit the spot. The staff were really friendly and not pushy like others in the area. It's a mix of cafe on one side and restaurant tables the other side.
Spotlessly clean, and you can see right into the kitchen. They have a toilet just to the side that is accessed with a key on request.
The food was all well cooked and seasoned well. Over the two occasions we ate there we tried various dishes. The lasagne, bolognaes, and carbona went down well with our daughters. We tried the grilled chicken with vegetables and canarian potatoes and tapas of ensalada Rusa, fried cheese, spicy paprika sausage, tortilla, fried fish. All were very tasty.
Four of us ate with half a bottle of Tinto large Cruzcampo and soft drinks for 60 Euros.

Read moreWe stopped by Canarias Bar Restaurante Los Danieles and had a pleasant experience. We tried the menu of the day, which started with a Russian potato salad. The portion was generous, and the flavors were decent. For the main course, we had fried fish with chips. The coating on the fish was well-seasoned and tasty. We finished the meal with a coffee.
We also ordered the Garlic Shrimp, which was perfectly cooked in a cast iron skillet, keeping the dish sizzling hot throughout. Overall, the portions were good, the selection decent, and the prices moderate.
Definitely worth a try for...

Give it a try, you will not be...
