We were made to feel very welcome immediately as we walked in. The staff were terrific and even took time to take photos of us at our meal, although they were very busy. There was just a real positive atmosphere in the restaurant and it would be difficult to leave without smiling. The pizzas we had (Hawaiian and Pepperoni) were the best food we've had in Puerto Rico. Honestly I'd say one of the best pizzas I've ever had; very authentically Italian. We would definitely go again. Not to mention, we were able to take some pizza we hadn't finished back to the hotel so we could have it for lunch the following day. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant!

€4 beer, wet pizza and really, really bad service in a cramped environment with no atmosphere, no thank you! We had a really bad time, no care at all. We were told we could t have a large table, even though they stayed empty all night. Table next to use waited 40 minutes for their pizza when there were only 6 customers! The waitress said they were waiting for the oven to come to the right temperature! Her reply to the hungry customer was “what do you want me to do”, then she walked off. Total rubbish. Go to the bars next door and pay €7 for a better, crispy pizza and €1.50 for a proper pint of beer with much better service.

Great little Italian but hidden away in the corner of the commercial centre. We didn’t realise you needed to book, as most places are walk in nearby. They were very kind and fitted us in. As the reviews state the food is great. I had pasta carbonara, husband had pizza ..the side of fries was enormous 😂 it was a shame as they wrapped his pizza as a doggy bag, but threw them out ! He was very sad about that .. Lots of people getting take away from nearby bars, we will definitely come again.. There is a sign saying you need to book.. it was on the floor under our table 😂

Eaten here this evening for the first time. Seemed an obvious choice for pizza as we are staying only 5 mins walk away and rated 1st for local restaurants on Trip Advisor. Have to agree with previous reviews, its fantastic! Friendly welcome, and very happy to accommodate us despite not booking. They only have 7 tables so service couldn't be better. Food was awesome, I had a pepperoni pizza and my other half had spaghetti. We both agreed the food was the best we tasted, the BEST not just the best in Puerto Rico! It was so good that before we left we booked a table for Fri evening this week, a treat to eat at VIP again on the last night or our holiday. If your in Puerto Rico definitely search this place out, it's not obvious in the sea of eataries but definitely worth looking for. 5 Stars and would give more if...

Where to start, the food or the waitor Simone. Lets save the best till last (which is a close call). Food is insane, pizzas are just delightful, handmade fresh to order. We visited twice during our 7 day stay at Puerto Rico. Second time we were sat right outside the kitchen watching the pizzas being made. Delicious food, seriously, well worth visiting, once you can find it!

Secondly, just wanted to make a personal commendation to Simone, fantastic waitor, full of energy and Italian swag. I don't tip often, but on this occassion I was compelled. Thanks so much for the great service and making our experience memorable and enjoyable....
