A local real-deal! Definitely one of the best (if not the best) beef I ever ate. Everything about the taste and structure was perfect. Solomillo de trenera, served with really good sea salt on side, perfectly cooked potatoes and freshly grilled pimentos de Padron - paired with a sensational Monastrell. All very straight-forward served, just like croquetas and marinara for starter, there's really no need for the visual aspect when the product is so solid.

Also a great service - you're really treated well, even if you're a tourist - nothing like a "tourist fishing" here and you can really sense there's a respect towards the client and towards what's being served.

Strongly...

Wow what can I say other than amazing from start to finish! We arrived before opening and Kairo, our waiter, suggested we had a drink in one of the nearby bars. As soon as they were ready he called us over to our table. Our Spanish is weak and he was incredibly helpful with suggesting menu items and quantities that would be sufficient. His English was great. Everything we ate was amazing but special mention must be made to the Octopus (just wow! So meaty and beautifully cooked) and the Kid shoulder (goat) the seasoning was just incredible and the meat fell off the bone. I couldn't recommend this gem of a restaurant enough. Thankyou Kairo for making our evening...

There’s a tapas bar and restaurant. This review is for the tapas bar. Very typical local Murciano joint where you’ll get the fantastic atmosphere and super friendly service, sitting at the bar. I suspect you might struggle if you don’t speak at least basic Spanish but go anyway and someone will help you out - even if you do speak some Spanish it might be an idea to know what the various local specialties are called as the menu is one long list of various tapas/dishes. Food is a great introduction to Murcian specialties - the octopus (pulpo) is especially fantastic. Extremely good value, and would 100% go again if I’m...

Local food at very decent prices. 10 EUR lunch menu with appetiser, main course, dessert and a beer. They write down the daily menu on a board outside. It's written in Spanish, but you can look up dishes on Google images. Food tastes as if it were prepared at home. Very interesting experience. I recommend eating inside and admiring the place and the people. Staff is friendly, but doesn't speak Spanish. But it's easy to get along.
