L'expérience — Restaurant in Málaga

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be the most wonderful choice. Located right at the foot of the Santa Iglesia Catedral Basílica, the setting could not be more perfect.

The food was absolutely exquisite — every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Service was both fast and exceptionally attentive, with the staff being warm, kind, and professional throughout the evening.

My husband mentioned to the head waiter that it was my birthday and asked if a small surprise could be arranged with dessert. The waiter simply smiled and said, “Say no more, I’ll take care of it.” And he truly did. To my delight, we were treated to a complimentary dessert, a bottle of sparkling wine, and the entire team came to sing for me in both English and Spanish.

They truly crowned my 30th birthday and made it unforgettable. A special thanks goes to Oscar for his kindness and effort in making the night so memorable.

If you’re looking for a place, for any meal, that effortlessly combines exceptional cuisine, stunning ambiance, and top-tier service, L’expérience delivers on every front. This gem offers elevated Spanish cuisine that’s bursting with flavor, but it goes beyond just tapas and paella — the menu is diverse, creative, and truly has something for everyone. The hospitality and customer service is most awful from all restaurant we went in Malaga.

We first waited a quite long time to order our food. It was still bearable. Then we ordered desert, meanwhile a friend wanted to join our table, and the stuff didn't allow it. For us a reason to leave immediately the restaurant. I mean we sitting there , eating a 3 course menu and they didn't let come one guest at our table so he can eat too with us. I really don't get it. And the dessert took an eternity to arrive. The only one of the service who tried to give us and good experience was the young lady who came to me to apologize for the long waiting time of the desserts due in the kitchen is a huge chaos.
