080 Bistro' Cucina Italiana — Restaurant in Palma

Checked all the good reviews on google map and then went, however, it’s a bit disappointing — food comes out ok but way too salty, which may be related to the next point I’m gonna talk about, the slow service. It seems this is a cute family running place but very unprepared for guests coming in at the same time. My spaghetti was only severed after 45 mins of ordering when the next table got there pizzas within 10 minutes, I don’t understand how that happened, only seems the owner prioritized some orders than others for no reason, and I wasn’t the only person feeling this way, next table customer complained the same thing to waitress and after twice asking I got the meal. And not just food that takes time to cook, wine services were incredibly slow which takes 30mins to do the pour, I honestly think they should work on these problems in such a busy area. And also it’s maybe the kitchen is busy, the food was very salty. Just generally, this won’t be a place where I come back nor recommend...

Last week my intention was to reserve a table for 8 people at this fabulous little Italian cafe & restaurant restaurant that I have already dinned in before. However, it turns out that I mistakenly called and booked a different restaurant with a similar name that I obtained on a GoogleMaps search. So naturally, to my embarrassment, when I arrived last night with the group the restaurant had no record of my booking. Nevertheless, they were kind enough to accommodate us. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding in spite our last minute appearance without notice. We ending up having a great evening! I visited this restaurant with my partner whilst we were visiting Palma. Throughout our trip we were used to dining from the all inclusive options at our hotel (we didn't like the hotel food).

When we chose 080 Bistro Cucina Italiana I didn't know what to expect. My previous experiences of eating pasta in Mallorca hadn't been great, and my family are Italian so I took the chance and I'm glad I did! I had a pesto dish, and my partner had a pizza. Both were cooked to perfection! We thoroughly enjoyed it, and the staff were really welcoming. The only downside to our visit was that there wasn't any toilet roll.

If we choose to visit Mallorca again, when tourism has calmed, we will definitely visit this place, and recommend...
