The gelatos are AMAZING. They are so creamy! I've had the lime/lemon/ginger, mango/maracuyá, vanilla, and mango lassi so far. They are all so delicious, artisanal, and locally made (made by the husband of the lady that helped us). These are my favorite (and my family's) gelatos in Mallorca (we love gelatos and have tried several). I think that the reason they aren't as popular is because they are a bit away from the main street... But once you try them, you will not want to go anywhere else!!! The best Gelato I ever had is in Plaza d'en Coll; ELA' ELA' is a must in Palma—an artisan gelateria with premium quality products. Alexandra, who serves us, is fantastic! She's a true asset: She made us try different tastes before choosing the flavours. Oh yes! The Gelato is in the tubs, and you cannot see it because the best quality gelato is preserved in "Carapine." Oh boy! You can taste the difference from the typical window gelato. I had Verde Puro Pistacchio with Matcha to Die for! My other flavour was Almonds, orange, and honey, all local products. Amazing!

During our vacation in Palma , we found this incredible ice cream shop run by a lovely couple from Sardinia in Italy. The lady was so kind and lovely, she truly made the experience even more special.

And the ice cream? Absolutely to die for.🤤🍦 Without a doubt, the best artisanal ice cream we've ever tasted outside of Italy😍, it instantly brought us back home.
