Bar Ca'n Sito Bar Mallorquin — Restaurant in Palma

The atmosphere is really nice, quite lively with a lot of locals just chillin. The place gives an early 2000s vibe with the music, posters and old albums, which I really liked about the place. The people are really kind too. They did not have an English menu, but took their time to explain us things in the menu and tell us whats popular etc.. The food tasted amazing too, they had one of the best steaks I had. Definately try the sandwiches also, actually try everything you can on the menu("pappasito" our fav), it's all fantastic I am sure. Espero leáis todos esto aunque sea largo, pedí un bocadillo por Glovo de pollo, lo pagué con Apple Pay y cuando llegó no era lo que yo había pedido así que llame al restaurante, ellos me dijeron que volviera a hacer el pedido por Glovo pero esta vez pusiera pago en metálico y al llegar no tendría que pagar nada, cuando llegó el repartidor quería cobrarme así que llame al restaurante, primero volvieron a decir lo mismo, restaurante y repartidor discutieron sobre el asunto hasta que finalmente el dueño o encargado jefe del restaurante empezó a decirme a mí que yo tenía la culpa, que no tenía constancia de ningún pago por Apple Pay y que le enviara comprobantes y le pedí un número y le dije ahora te envío todo, aún así seguía diciendo que él no haría nada y empezó a tener una actitud chulesca y de desinterés en resolver el problema cuando yo no había sido el causante, ellos habían hecho mal un pedido y encima habían intentado arreglarlo de la forma que no es ya que Glovo dijo que un mal pedido se arregla con su soporte técnico, alfinal el jefe me colgó, yo y mis compañeros de trabajo algunas veces pedíamos aquí pero jamás volveremos a hacerlo y le diré a cada uno que escriba una mala reseña porque no es la primera vez que se equivocan pero esta vez han sido muy mezquinos, no creo que nadie llegue a leer todo esto entero pero aquí dejo mi opinión sobre el lugar y espero...

Me hicieron levantarme de mi mesa, ¿será por ser asiático o porque parezco turista? Aunque vivo a la vuelta de la esquina.

Dijeron que la mesa estaba reservada, pero me movieron a otra mesa que también estaba reservada para dentro de media hora, antes de que llegaran los otros clientes. Durante ese tiempo vi otras mesas sin reserva ocupadas por otras personas, y no me ofrecieron ninguna de esas.

En resumen, me sentí muy maltratado, ¿será por mi apariencia asiática? Me pareció un trato muy injusto. ¿A quién se le puede hacer una queja sobre esto? ¿Tal vez en Instagram

I was targeted to kick out from my table, not sure if because I’m Asian or because I look like a tourist? Even though I live just around the corner.

They claimed the table was reserved when they have move me to a table that was reserved half an hour, before the other guest arrived. While during this time when I’m sitting in my table, there are a few tables without reservation was sitted, they didn’t move me to the one without reservation either.
