Cafè Riutort — Restaurant in Palma

We were super happy with our experience !! The restaurant can be easily overlooked from the outside, but is nicely furnished inside and has some nice outdoor tables. The owners as well as service personell are extremely kind and really care about high quality and naturally great ingredients- that really shows in the taste of their awesome coffee and toasts and amazing croissants! Additionally the area, the restaurant is located in, is not too touristy and cool to walk around in after having had great coffee :) The restaurant really puts in effort to think of nice dishes with a culinary twist as well as preparing the food in a beautiful and tasteful manner. Rude. Impolite. Poorly managed. Avoid at all costs.

I came here today as someone had recommended this spot to me as a place to work, and there was one person sitting inside. I asked for a coffee and about their wifi, and they showed me the wifi password hidden behind the menu board. But then as I’m sitting down taking out my laptop, they said no PCs. (?!) I asked why and said they have covid capacity restrictions… but I had already asked if I could sit inside, and they agreed. They also seated another table inside as I’m putting away my stuff.

As a digital nomad, I am very conscious of where I set up shop. I specifically choose cafés, not restaurants.

If you had rockstars of coffee these guys would be Led Zeppelin. An incredible secret gem of a place in the centre of Palma. They are consistently good, the staff and owners are very friendly and the place has such a nice vibe about it.

The food is all selected locally, full of flavour and the prices are extremely reasonable. The coffee however is on another level. I have never seen such professional barista skills that are shown for every coffee. They use coffee from Palma's home speciality roastery 'Mistral coffee' and it is the finishing touch on the best coffee shop in Palma. Thank you for such a great experience, we will...
