Elías Restaurante Urban Kitchen — Restaurant in Palma

As we wandered around La Rambla, we kept peeking around for cafes… the traffic and construction were noisy, so we ducked onto a side street to escape the cacophony and eventually saw a chalkboard with Elias’s daily menu… I had a good feeling about this place immediately. 20 meters later we encountered this tiny haven of perfection! It is exactly what we we’re looking for. Some of us wanted local specialty food, and some of us wanted more familiar-to-us fare. Everyone was satisfied, and we can tell the owners/staff truly love what they do by the care and attention we received, despite our language barrier. Chicken burgers, beef burgers, Paella… all so tasty.The sweet potato fries are crisp and seasoned with the perfect amount of salt....

In this area of town I found it hard last time I was in Palma to get some good food. It's mostly fast food junk. Go off the main strip and a 2 minute walk takes you to this quiet little gem. There is a basic but solid lunch menu, but I suggest the plate/menu of the day has three courses with two choices for starter and mains and three for dessert. Very good qulity. I had a lentil soup/curry with bread and Cod for mains. All for €12.90. I highly recommend you...

I had the most amazing meal in my life in this restaurant. Super nice and helpful stuff recommended "meal of the day", which turned out to be sophisticated mix of fantastic flavours, perfect textures and beautifully looking food. Price was really low - for this kind of food usually restaurants charge 4, 5 times more. Chef in this place is a genius. Highly recommend - go there and eat before they become the most famous restaurant...
