Cafeteria Playa — Restaurant in Palma

Pretty bad experience in this place, the waiter was not coming to the table so I went to the counter after 10min and annoyed he told me to wait (the place was almost empty). I said that I would of course wait and then he came to me asking what I wanted - I was trying to ask about the ingredients in the vegetarian paella and he interrupted saying that "yes can be done for 1 person". After explaining that what I wanted to know was just the ingredients of the vegetarian paella (to see if it was vegan and if there was something I am allergic to) he started to roll his eyes up and say "what can I say to you, it's vegetables" and I tried to kindly ask if it was possible to know what type of vegetables/ingredients was made of but he was very annoyed and replying with arrogance.

He then included into the conversation another person working there, who also started to be rude to me and telling me 'it's vegetables there is no fish what do you want me to tell you. It's just vegetables".

So yeah I ended up not eating but I tried the sangria because I didn't want to delete the order, and the sangria wasn't that good after all,...

Cafeteria Playa was a really perfect place for either breakfast, lunch or dinner after a long day on the beach or to begin your journey to the sea. The view was outstanding, just like in the pictures. The prices are in the middle range, not too expensive but not the cheapest either. The food and smoothies were excellent. Here we can eat the paella just for 1 portion, but there are only few choices of paellas. The service was really nice and friendly! Overall a very pleasant experience and definitely a must try. The first place we visited upon arriving at Ca'n Pastilla, and we were tired, hungry and hot. This place offered an amazing start to our vacation. We ate truly delicious and surprisingly inexpensive food and washed it down with some refreshing beer. The waitress was so very warm, welcoming and helpful, she offered great advice and was just an amazing person in general.
