Hi Me and my family members visited this place upon arriving to Palma. As we entered the shop the server was very rude and shouted at us to close the door. We ignored the attitude as we thought maybe he is having a bad day. When we sat down he came and approached us with a very bad attitude and asked us what we wanted in a very monotone voice as though he didn't want us there. We ordered and waited for the food. He bought me a wrong order and gave me attitude that I gave a different order when everyone on my table gave confirmation I gave my order correctly. Instead of apologising he blamed me for it, in which I confirmed my order again. He came back 5 minutes later again with another wrong order (meal without chips). He then made a comment stating "all people from UK always give problems". This was the last straw for me as he is RUDE, IMMATURE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He refused to give me his name but he had long hair and a big beard. Even though the other staff apologised on his behalf i had lost my appetite. He should not be working in customer service and deserves to get sacked! I would avoid this place at all costs. Don't make the same mistake as I did. I found other places better quality of food and service around and...
Read moreWe ordered the tandoori chicken but what came barely identified as tandoori chicken. The only spice they used was probably pink food colour, the chicken was soaked in it and looked absolutely dark pink, the least appetising thing i have eaten my whole life. I tried to scrape off the top layer of flesh but it was pink through and through. The taste was ridiculous as well - a weird form of sweet. I ended up eating the naan with garlic sauce instead. Communicated this to the staff but no compensation was made despite me barely eating anything. Absolute hated it, still in a bad mood from the experience. My husband ordered a turkish pizza that came wrapped in aluminium foil and felt and tasted like a doner kebav wrap - it tasted decent though (he liked it). The servers were kind though,...
Read moreYesterday, we dined at Antalya Kebab, and it was a fantastic experience. We ordered the Madras Lamb Curry, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The rice was of high quality, complementing the dish beautifully.
The prices were also very reasonable. The Madras Lamb Curry cost €14, which felt fair given the quality, and the beer was just €2.80 per glass, which was a great deal. The naan was fantastic, soft and fresh, just the way it should be.
The service was excellent; the waiter was attentive and kept checking if we needed anything, making sure we had a comfortable experience.
Overall, great value for money and a place I would...
