The most unfortunate thing about this artisanal ice cream shop is all of the people that pass by it and ignore it. It is not easy to find this amazing quality for gelato, but somehow we stumbled upon it. The most unassuming place full of the most exquisite flavors. Zero added sugars, vegan, gluten free, made with only the finest ingredients the world has to offer. Passion fruit flavor using passion fruits from Ecuador, chocolate flavor using chocolate from Ghana, hazelnut flavor from Italy, and that’s just the beginning - this man deserves all the awards in the world. The owner and creator of this magnificent place deserves a Michelin star for his ice cream/gelato. Claudio is so charismatic and proud of his work, and honestly he is not proud enough. With each spoon, you can taste the passion and love he puts into his ice cream/gelato. All made by him, the lovely Italian man behind the best Ice cream gelato shop in the world makes all the flavors using fresh ingredients and his special Italian machine. It would be a shame if you made it all the way to Mallorca and failed to come here. Delicious, can’t wait to go...

Claudio's Gelateria in Palma is a small shop that packs a punch when it comes to quality ice cream. Run by the owner himself, Claudio offers a only a handful of flavors (not too many, not too few) but each is carefully crafted. Unlike other places that overwhelm you with choices, here the focus is clearly on quality over quantity.

What sets this gelateria apart is Claudio's commitment to using handpicked ingredients. You can tell he knows his stuff, not just by the taste but also from how he can delve into the backstory of each flavor, if you're interested. He knows vendors, he knows where the fruits grows, what variety of plant it comes from, etc. He can tell you all about it.

The prices are fair, especially given the quality. I've had ice cream in many countries, and this place stands out. I've been back multiple times and it's consistently excellent.

In short, if you're in Palma and want top-notch ice cream without any fuss, Claudio's is the place to go and I can only recommend. The 5* are fully justified....

I would give it 10 stars if possible. The ice cream is amazing. We have never eaten such tasty ice cream anywhere in the world. The orange and dark chocolate are real in taste and delicious, so much so that we were here twice and the second time we also ordered the same thing. The owner also gave us a taste of the almond one, which, apart from having a great taste, was also full of almond pieces. Don't waste your time and money on other ice creams. Here you can find delicious homemade ice cream in many interesting flavors. The shop maybe looks inconspicuous, the colors of icecream are not rainbow, but anyone who buys here will be surprised....
