Manù — Restaurant in Palma

I was in Can Pastillia from December 21st, 2024 to January 4th, 2025 and ate at Manu's several times including Christmas and New Year's Eve and it was top Claas every time. Manu and his team cook to a high standard! He worked in top restaurants in London for a long time and I think that shows when you eat with him. What was offered to the guests, especially at Christmas and New Year's Eve, was simply great, from the selection of the individual menu courses to the excellent preparation. Especially on New Year's Eve, the drinks included with the menu were offered at a fair price, which was happily accepted by the guests. I have known the island for a very long time and have eaten in various restaurants in Mallorca and also in Cyprus where I lived for a few years over the decades, but Manu and his team cook the best by far. I can only recommend everyone to eat at Manu's when they come to Can Pastilla!! I will definitely come back, even if I live somewhere else on the island, that's for sure!! My wife and I just had a lunch/dinner in the restaurant. I must sáy that the waiter who took our orders was very good ,maybe a bit over qualified for the place.

I had a Calzone and my wife a Mallorca pizza. I have had a lot of Calzones in many different countries and never have I seen so many mushrooms, so thick and some uncooked as they are thick. More, I have never experienced Artichoke in my Calzone anywhere in the world.

Both pizza was taste less and maybe owner should be more in the kitchen and taste the food that they guys are doing, no heart and no sould and fort sure no taste. We ordered a Tiramisu home and that was ok.

I as a Chef always tell my staff to taste the food from beginning to end and if it is taste less never send it out. I am really dissapointed and for me its just another tourist trap. where I assume most first times visitors stays first time and...

Great food, not perfection but one of the best Italians we have had. The service was good and nice atmosphere, shame we were sat behind their specials board as otherwise it would have been a good view. The queue waiting to get in proved it was very popular and I can see why. My husband was excited about having the zabaglione, as we can't get it at home, it was pleasant but not as light and fluffy as it should have been which was slightly disappointing.
