Fins Tapas and Cocktails in Can Pastilla is a fantastic spot (last there in mid September ) that blends great food with a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for both locals and visitors. The menu offers a wide range of tapas, from traditional Spanish favourites to more modern, creative twists. The standout dishes for me were the crispy calamari and the patatas bravas, which had just the right amount of spice. The portion sizes were generous enough for sharing, making it ideal for groups who want to sample a bit of everything. The cocktail list is another highlight, with fresh, drinks that pair perfectly with the food. The mojito and the signature gin cocktails in particular were refreshing and well made. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the staff were more than happy to recommend dishes and drinks to suit our tastes.
The atmosphere is casual yet stylish, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Sitting outside in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze with tapas and cocktails, made for a memorable experience.
The only reason Iāve given four stars instead of five is that it can get quite busy, which sometimes slows down service. Overall though, Fins is highly recommended for a fun and flavourful evening in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIād give a solid 4.5 stars to this place. Fins elevates tapas, making them sophisticated yet genuine in taste. They do spend time with nice presentations and decorations and all the plates we saw coming from the kitchen looked amazing. Fins proposes some Spanish classics, along side with small appetisers which give tradition a twist. Portions are perfect for 2 people at least. Our pork belly on mashed potatoes and fois gras with crostini were amazing. My first piƱa colada was among the best Iāve had in my life. It was perfectly creamy and not too much alcoholic. The cinnamon sprinkled on it it was just the cherry on top. My second pina colada was slightly more liquid and less creamy, but thatās because I went back some time later on the day and they were absolutely full and in a hurry. Still, really good service. We discovered this place randomly as it was close to a restaurant we wanted to target, in a street with old British pubs which didnāt really inspire us. Luckily we went some blocks further! Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow. Honestly, I have never been to a Michelin Star restaurant but I am absolutely baffled this doesn't have one. The service, fantastic. The food, incredible. The price, unbelievable (-y cheap). I couldn't rate it highly enough. I wish we had more cash on us as we would have gladly left a tip outweighing the full cost of the meal.
We had 1x white wine, 1x beer, 2x red wine, grilled vegetables, crispy chicken strips, iberian belly, tuna tataki, crystal bread. All for leporkss than 70 euros, how?! Paired with a beautiful atmosphere, and top class service.
If you are visiting Ca'n Pastilla this is an absolute must. If only we had visited this restaurant earlier, we would have returned at least another 1 or 2 times (and we were only here for 3 full days!)
Absolutely recommend. If you enjoy a great atmosphere, fantastic service, food and drinks, you will not be disappointed.
11/10 - we will definitely be...
