Edit: Since you already responded at length, I’d like to clarify a few things as well.

If your cameras recorded everything, you might also hear your waitress telling me: “Sorry, unfortunately we only have a place for you inside”. Right after that, two guests who arrived later than me were given a table outside. That’s not a misunderstanding — that’s simply unfair treatment.

You mention your kitchen serves 80 tables — but that’s not relevant to me as a guest. I waited 50 minutes for my food, and that’s a fact. If your staff had told me upfront about such delays, I could have decided whether I wanted to stay.

Also, eating my food doesn’t mean it was great. I paid almost €30 and waited nearly an hour — of course I ate it. That doesn’t mean it met my expectations.

If your service staff had taken a moment to ask if everything was okay, I would have shared my feedback politely and directly. But since that didn’t happen and your public response implies I wasn’t honest, I’ve decided to take back the last star I gave.

Original: I stopped here for the nice vibe and had dinner yesterday. I was alone, and the waitress refused to give me a table outside, placing me instead in a hidden corner inside. Two people came in right after me and, of course, got a table outside, and so did everyone afterwards. I was told the meal would take 30 minutes to prepare, but I ended up waiting 50 minutes, even though it was already 10:00 PM and the restaurant was far from full. As for the food: the seafood was good—at least better than at the restaurant next door—but unfortunately, that was about it. The rest tasted like rice with soup and was just salty. Definitely not one of the better paellas I’ve had in the past few days. The vibe of the restaurant was great, but the waitress didn’t seem interested in serving...

I visited this restaurant and was really disappointed. We sat at a table for over 20 minutes and not a single person came to ask if we wanted to order. The staff kept walking by but completely ignored us, as if we were invisible. I honestly don’t understand where all the good reviews and prices come from if the service can’t even acknowledge waiting customers. For me, it was a complete waste of time and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Edit (26.08.2025): Interesting that the owner claims it was only 5 minutes. I wonder if they also counted the time we stood in front of the place before deciding to sit down by ourselves, since no one approached us. Also, it’s funny that they say a waiter came to take our order – what actually happened was that a staff member was moving a table, not serving us. There were three waitresses who clearly saw us, and yet none of them came over.

So not only were we ignored while standing outside, but even after sitting down, the result was exactly the same – total disregard from the staff. I’m not here to argue, but I hope this serves as a lesson for the restaurant and as a warning for...

Hallo, Meine Freundin und ich wollten gestern zum Abschluss unseres Urlaubes noch was essen gehen. Wir haben uns für das La Rosa entschieden, weil es uns vom ersten Eindruck zugesagt hatte. Leider war dies ein absoluter Fehler und von den 6 malen in denen wir auf Mallorca essen waren, war es mit Abstand das schlechteste Essen und der schlechteste Service.

Zum Service: Wir mussten lange auf unsere bestellten Getränke warten und diese kamen erst, als ich die Kellnerin zum Tisch gebeten habe und gefragt habe, ob wir denn auch Karten bekommen könnten, womit wir nach essen schauen könnten und habe sie daraufhin auf die Getränke hingewiesen. Nach weiterem Warten musste ich wieder auf uns aufmerksam machen um essen zu bestellen, daraufhin wurde eine andere Kellnerin geschickt, diese dann auch genervt wirkte. Uns wurde das falsche Wasser gebracht (ohne Kohlensäure), als wir sie jedoch darauf angesprochen haben, wurde dies korrigiert. Ein zweites Bier was ich bestellt hatte, kam jedoch nie an. Auch als ich mich zum bezahlen gemeldet habe, haben zwei Kolleginnen lieber an einem Handy gespielt..

Zum Essen: Die Vorspeise sah gut aus und da hatten wir doch noch Hoffnung. Die Aioli war relativ warm, was glaub ich nicht sein sollte. Als dann die Burger kamen, wurden wir komplett enttäuscht. Die Burger waren kalt und schmeckten leider gar nicht... sodass wir am Ende einiges stehen gelassen haben. Der Bacon war faserig, der Käse war angetrocknet und meine Käsesoße war alles, aber keine Käsesoße.

Fazit: Leider nicht empfehlenswert! Wir haben eine Kellnerin auch darauf angesprochen und ihr unseren Unmut geäußert. Das das Essen nicht so warm sein könnte, wurde damit begründet, dass es die Lokalität "La Rosa" zwei Mal nebeneinander gibt und die nur eine Küche haben.. Dann denke ich mir, sollte man vielleicht nur eine Lokalität betreiben, wenn man es nicht schafft, dass das Essen warm ankommt. Dennoch war sie lieb und hat sich dafür entschuldigt, dass wir so einen Abend dort hatten. Dennoch war ich frustriert 72€ für so ein Essen und Service da gelassen zu haben...

Abschließend: Es ist 4.30 Uhr morgens. Ich bin mit Bauchschmerzen aufgestanden, habe mich übergeben und Durchfall.. so wollte ich meinen Urlaub in Mallorca aufjedenfall...
