One thing of warning here, if you do not speak Spanish fluently, then please ask for and keep your receipt.
We ordered two chicken sandwiches and a tiramisu latte and americano. They served the first round ok and everything was good. We then ordered a second coffee for which they didnât give us a receipt and also did not give us the coffee. That turned into a huge drama scene where other people had to translate and tell them that we didnât get the second drink. They wouldnât understand and wouldnât believe and kept saying we didnât pay. I had to log in to my bank online and show them the credit card transactions. At that point we were so disappointed and were going to miss our train, that we were like never mind. Fuimos atendidos por dos chicas jóvenes que, desde el principio, demostraron una falta total de profesionalidad. Nos cobraron por un batido y un zumo de naranja, y después de pagarlo, nos informan que el batido ya no estaba disponible. En su lugar, nos ofrecen un zumo de naranja industrial, de calidad pésima, sin darnos otra opción.
Para colmo, habĂa una diferencia de precio entre los productos, pero no hicieron ningĂșn esfuerzo por devolvernos la diferencia. Esperamos mĂĄs de 20 minutos, y al intentar hablar con ellas, fingieron no entendernos.
Este sitio es un ejemplo de mala atención, engaño y falta de respeto hacia el cliente. Si quieres evitar perder tu tiempo y tu dinero, no pises este lugar.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© servis par deux jeunes femmes qui, dĂšs le dĂ©part, ont montrĂ© un manque total de professionnalisme. Elles nous ont fait payer un smoothie et un jus dâorange, puis, aprĂšs paiement, nous informent que le smoothie nâest plus disponible. Ă la place, elles nous proposent un jus dâorange industriel, de qualitĂ© mĂ©diocre, sans nous laisser dâautre choix.
Pour couronner le tout, il y avait une diffĂ©rence de prix entre les produits, mais elles nâont fait aucun effort pour nous rembourser la diffĂ©rence. Nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes, et lorsque nous avons tentĂ© de leur parler, elles ont fait semblant de ne pas nous comprendre.
