Das Restaurant Wine and Food im historischen Zentrum von Palma bietet eine reizvolle Kombination aus internationaler und regionaler Küche. Der Standort auf einem niedlichen Marktplatz trägt zur charmanten Atmosphäre bei und macht das Lokal zu einem einladenden Ziel für Feinschmecker.

Unser Besuch begann mit einer Auswahl an Vorspeisen: Lachs Tatar, japanische Tacos und Gambas in Knoblauchöl. Jede dieser Speisen war geschmacklich hervorragend und intensiv. Der Lachs Tatar war frisch und gut gewürzt, die japanischen Tacos boten eine interessante Fusion von Aromen, und die Gambas in Knoblauchöl waren perfekt gegart und aromatisch.

Leider enttäuschte die Portion Kinder Nudeln (Spaghetti) mit Tomatensoße. Diese waren im Vergleich zu den anderen Gerichten eher fad und wenig ansprechend im Geschmack.

Was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis betrifft, konnten die hohen Preise nicht ganz überzeugen. Auch wenn das Restaurant sich im Herzen von Palma befindet, sind die Preise für die gebotene Qualität doch etwas überzogen. Auf Mallorca habe ich für diesen Preis schon besser gegessen, und eine Preisanpassung wäre hier sicherlich angebracht.

Der Service war jedoch ausgezeichnet. Die Kellner waren höflich und aufmerksam, die Aussicht vom Restaurant war ansprechend, und die Sauberkeit ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass Wine and Food in Palma durch seine Lage und einige seiner Gerichte punkten kann, jedoch beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und bei der Konsistenz der Qualität der Speisen Verbesserungspotenzial hat. Es ist ein netter Ort für ein besonderes Essen, aber es lohnt sich, auch andere Optionen in Palma zu erkunden.

La nostra visita è iniziata con una selezione di antipasti: tartare di salmone, tacos giapponesi e gamberi all'aglio. Ogni piatto era gustoso e intensamente saporito. La tartare di salmone era fresca e ben condita, i tacos giapponesi offrivano una fusione interessante di sapori, e i gamberi all'aglio erano cotti alla perfezione e aromatici.

Purtroppo, la porzione di pasta per bambini (spaghetti) al sugo di pomodoro ci ha deluso. Rispetto agli altri piatti, questi erano piuttosto insipidi e poco appetitosi.

Per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità-prezzo, i prezzi elevati non sono del tutto giustificati. Anche se il ristorante si trova nel cuore di Palma, i prezzi sono un po' troppo alti per la qualità offerta. A Maiorca ho mangiato meglio a questi prezzi e un aggiustamento dei prezzi sarebbe sicuramente opportuno.

Il servizio, però, è stato eccellente. I camerieri erano cortesi e attenti, la vista dal ristorante era gradevole e la pulizia impeccabile.

In sintesi, Wine and Food a Palma si distingue per la sua posizione e alcuni dei suoi piatti, ma c'è spazio per migliorare nel rapporto qualità-prezzo e nella consistenza della qualità delle pietanze. È un bel posto per una cena speciale, ma vale la pena esplorare anche altre opzioni a Palma.

This was our first trip to Palma, Mallorca during summer holiday. I am a food critic and love food. My son has his birthday and would like to do some shopping in Palma city. He found this small, cozy and nicely decorated restaurant with an average of 4.6 stars review for lunch. We ordered PRAWNS IN GARLIC, MIXED PAELLA, SEAFOOD PAELLA, SMASH VEAL HAMBURGER and BLACK RISOTTO. Our starter that’s the garlic prawn I would rate it low as the prawn tasted too salty, but dipping the bread into the oil, tastes fine. When it comes to the paella, the rice is not cooked well, seafood is ok but came with one bad mussel. Then, for the black risotto, it is amazing. The taste is well mixed with the ink fish, creamy and risotto was perfectly cooked. This is the best tasted risotto I had! The burger is ok and meat is fresh. The restaurant is nicely decorated and covers will colors and fake plants. It can cater for smaller group due to the size...

We ordered three dishes and one of the dishes was paella. We were advised to have the paella last as it took 30 minutes to cook. The first two dishes were okay, but after finishing our first two dishes and waiting over 30 minutes the paella never came. When we asked the waiter (it was also difficult to grab their attention to ask) if our paella was coming and it was getting very late, he said yes it was coming but obviously it was a lie and they had forgotten and only started cooking it. If they told us the truth and not lied about how it was coming, we would have said don’t worry about it and just paid for the two dishes, instead we waited over an hour for the paella. When they finally served the paella to us, it was VERY SALTY and UNDERCOOKED. It was honestly the worst paella I ever had. Additionally, it was very hot inside...
