I lived and worked in India for many years. Sometimes, traveling in an adventurous style, I dared to eat in any picturesque inn, on the other hand, all my work lunches or dinners were held in luxury hotels like the Oberoi or the Taj.
In the Tarragona area, Indian restaurants usually have in their kitchens a few employees who can prepare meals in a fairly "domestic" style, so to speak, just take a look inside their kitchens, usually out of sight. In general, the staff and the style of preparing food in most of these restaurants remind me more of those inns than of a full-fledged restaurant.
Khirganga, on the other hand, is a very different type of restaurant, run by a chef like the ones you would find in charge of your food in a 5-star hotel like the ones I mentioned at the beginning. Truly unique and more than recommended for a culinary experience of that level. On the other hand, the familiar and welcoming treatment by its owners, who are polite and educated people, has been all in all an experience worth repeating. Really unusual...

It was perfect for me. The Pilau rice and the Garlic naan also perfect. We had Two beers and a water and poppadum and it was €50 ! Very reasonable. Definitely...
