We wondered into this place around 7pm on a Tuesday evening. The first thing that struck us was the politeness of the waiters. I asked for a cushion for the chair as I was wearing shorts and it was immediately provided, no huffing, puffing and eye rolls like I got in other places. The staff spoke English, but we insisted with our bad Spanish and they were very kind and smiley. The food was good, but it’s the little details that delighted us like the ice “cubes” are spheres with frozen flowers inside, the gazpacho was served into a bowl made out of ice, again with frozen fruit and vegetables inside, the plating was very carefully attended to. Looking at other reviews, I’m not sure if the politeness of the waiters was on account of the place not being full, I seriously doubt it, but we were treated wonderfully and it made the perfect ending to an afternoon walking around in Ronda. The kind of experience that makes for nice memories. Lovely!

Read moreThis was the only restaurant on the street without customers but waiters waiting patiently to serve, many other restaurants appeared to be based on snack/tapas dishes. The food was very tasty and well presented; service levels were excellent, additionally we were given two complimentary taster dishes between courses which were also very tasty. The waiters could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Once finished, after our complimentary liquer, we were expecting a larger bill for the meal but it was very reasonable and good value for money and if you're in Ronda would definitely ...
Read moreOne of best food experiences in Spain. An enjoyable, well prepared and visually appealing meal from beginning to end with friendly, attentive staff. Pleasantly surprise by an amuse-bouche of orange soup and a tortilla de Patatas. I totally enjoyed a delicately flavored Sopa de Pescado with shrimp and my dining partners were thrilled by the creamy Gazpacho served in fruited ice bowels. My entrée, Rabo de Toro, Puerta Grande (bulls tail) fell off the bone and had a bold clean flavor with dark sauce served over delicious sautéed potatoes. You should not miss the Queso de Cabra Frito con Figos y Jamón (Goat Cheese, Fig and Jamón ibérico). The meal was followed by a dark chocolate ganache cake with almond ice cream and a table side prepared Crapes Suzette Flambé. A wonderful...
