HORRIBLE! Please, please don’t get caught by their touristic techniques, and read everything carefully , I had a horrible experience there and I’m not the only one, these people are huge racists against every one except the Spanish people. Please read the “horrible” comments on trip advisor before sitting at their table, if you have time to check before they bring you on the table. They will wait for tourists to pass on the streets then tell them “hey welcome we do drinks and food, there is Italian and Spanish food come at our table, very delicious, please welcome” as they take you by the arm to seat. “We were the first to open in Ronda, very very long time ago”. They don’t even have a drink menu, 33cl water bottle costs 3€ after seeing it on the handwritten bill. I personally asked for fried prawns. I’m pretty sure they were past the limit date. I had to vomit all the night after that. When you receive the bill, please check everything, they add 4€ bread even if you don’t touch it or receive it. Someone tried to confront her in one of the trip advisor’s comment and she replied by “I don’t care about what you think, the people from your country always try to make things harder” and factures him 1€ more for it (the guy was an adopted Korean from the Netherlands). I personally didn’t even say anything I just complained to the people that were with me that it was awful ( I’m Belgian ) she heard the conversation ( of course without understanding) and spoke to her colleague in Spanish without knowing I understand Spanish and said “ I hate these people” and mocking an American couple sitting next to us, I immediately tried to go, asking “puedo tener la cuenta” (can I have the bill in Spanish) looking at her with angry eyes. She said “no no please stay you can get coffee or dessert please stay, even proposing hand made water ice cream which I didn’t take ( I’m glad I didn’t ) paid her every thing without saying a thing ( she factured me 16.90€ for my prawns while it was 11.90€ on the menu, 4€ of bread we didn’t even receive, 3€ for 33cl of water (small bottle) ). If you’re already taken by these people and reading this, please record and confront her, if she says anything stupid, call the police and try to explain them everything in English or in Spanish by google translate and the record should help convince them to look after her for racism. Show them some of the trip advisors posts, she even said to a Spanish family “sorry if I have been harsh, I thought you were German”. Please don’t go there and tell other people that get caught in...
Read moreThis was the worst dining experience of mine and my wife's lives. We were stuck waiting outside for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us even though there were at least 3 wait staff running around like headless chickens. The restaurant wasn't even that busy but they were so disorganised. We were then acknowledged, but then were stuck waiting another 10 minutes before being seated. After we were finally seated we had to wait quite a while before someone took our order. We ordered our food (Spicy potates, Paella and a Pork Steak with 2 waters) and after a few minutes the potatoes come out and then my pork steak. We wait a while for the Paella but nothing comes. We are both hungry so we just have the potatoes and Pork steak between us. We finish it all and the Paella never comes and neither does our water. After another 20mins we ask what's going on with my wife's food and we are then told it will be another 7 minutes. Why on earth did they not just serve both mains at the same time?? They must have forgotten to make it. So we tell them to cancel it. We ask for the bill and again wait another 10-15mins before getting it. And they removed the Paella but not the waters so we had to tell them our drinks never came so please take it off the bill. Another 10 mintues and then we finally pay and get the hell out of there. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES. The food we even did manage to eat was not very good either. AVOID...
Read moreWhile my dinner experience had its highlights, there were some areas that could use improvement. One of the first things I noticed was the furniture arrangement. The tables were too high for the chairs, which wobbled uncomfortably, detracting from the overall dining experience. Additionally, the decor included a London-themed sign that seemed out of place and didn't harmonize with the overall ambiance of the establishment.
Another issue was the visibility of the cables, which could have been managed better to create a more discreet and polished look. Improving the cable management would certainly enhance the visual appeal of the space. Moreover, rethinking the layout of the restaurant could be beneficial, not only for aesthetic purposes but also for improving the efficiency of the service. A more organized space would likely contribute to a smoother dining experience for both the staff and patrons.
On a positive note, the food was quite good, offering a satisfying culinary experience. The staff also stood out for their friendliness and kindness, making guests feel welcome and well-attended. Overall, while the brewery has some notable strengths, addressing the mentioned issues could significantly elevate the overall...
