RACISM. Today is raining and we were 30 early arrived and we waited til 1pm. The boss didn’t let us in because we are”wet” and would damage their chair???????????? That is absolutely nonsense. (truth is we were not “wet”). Just let us out and go down to the square place. Bad experience indeed. Not recommended. 🤮🤮🤮

Thanks for your response. All your explanations sound very funny and unreasonable.
Firstly, you are opening a restaurant and using your so called special material chair to differentiate wet and dry customers…. How stupid is this rule????? Can you ask yourself is this a rational behaviour?? If you only serve dry customer (which is ridiculous in the first place), then tell the public in the first place! It is unreasonable and terrible to let people in then ask them to leave after because their clothes. What would you think if you put yourself as a customer?
Also if you are saying you need to serve customers at night, then what are they relating to me? So you expect all the customers in the day should cooperate with you to serve customers at night??
It is your chair causing obvious treating customer UNFAIRLY, then you accuses me to be selfish to not helping you?
HOW ABOUT YOU CHANGE YOU LR LOVELY CHAIRS TO MAKE THEM SERVICEABLE TO ALL PEOPLE?
Secondly, your responses are still fully of arrogance and “TELLING ME to do a lot of things’ . Who the hell you think you are ? All your excuses are showing selfishness and self-centred from your perspective! I would recommend you to read “how to run a restaurant with treating customer fairly! “ I am sure there is regulatory requirements in your lovely country!
In regards your comments of “you are not returning or we will not give you service”. This sound even more funny and I recommend you to upskill your education. It is not you telling me what to do, also if customers return, it is not entirely up to you to say not serve or not serve, you need to learn some legal knowledge my dear uncle friend.
Overall, I of course won’t return, but I won’t keep doing thing for you, that is keeping telling public avoid your place and keep telling as many people as I can to avoid your unpleasant...
Read moreIt was a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant and I still couldn’t believe the reason that we were asked to leave. Basically we drove all the way from Palma city center to Soller in heavy rain and desperately needed some food. We found this restaurant and went there but being told that it would be half an hour from opening, which means me and my friends have to wait in the heavy rain for 30 mins which WE THEN DID. When it was finally the restaurant’s opening time, as we were walking in, the manager/owner said “you and your friends are very wet, we can’t accept you because our chair is cloth covered and will become wet if you sit here. We need to open at evening time so need to make sure the chairs are good for evening. “ This completely left me SPEECHLESS I've never encountered this situation with such dumb excuse before, especially considering the fact that we were in heavy rain while waiting, without any apologies from the restaurant for the inconvenience. It was THEM telling us earlier that we could wait there until the restaurant opens.
I’m sure there will be better way to handle this instead of asking your customers to leave straightaway- for instance offering towels/other covers for us to sit on to protect the chairs. It's also disappointing to see them prioritize their evening customers over us, as all customers should be treated equally there shouldn’t be any no superiority when it comes serving customers. We are all CUSTOMERS!
The rain was actually non stop from the morning, so everyone was kinda drenched more or less, so does that mean he’s going to reject all the customers to come in on that day? ? The forecast says the rain continues in the evening so only your privileged evening customers can get seated wet on that fancy cloth covered chair?
The restaurant replied my friend’s review accusing that we are very self-centered and will never be welcomed to the restaurant. Well…… it’s very clear in this situation that who’s the more self-centered ones, we’ve been waiting for the rain for so long and then being kicked out with an ignorant attitude and no sincere apologies.
Don’t know if the food is nice but the attitude and services is definitely AVOID...
Read moreWe all were very disappointed with the food which came with a very small portion and tasted just ok… We asked if 4 dishes were enough, the waitress said yes, but we were not full at all.
The service was very slow. We could only order the food after getting our drinks and that took long enough. We finished having 4 small dishes after more than an hour, left with hanger and sweat.
It was very hot inside, the ACs were not working according to them.
It was a waste of our time. We won’t recommend it to anyone who’s thinking to come at all to ruin your day/evening - hot, slow service, small portions and now we need to get some fast food to feel satisfied… at least the staff were nice.
(Reply to the owner’s feedback):
Thank you for accepting our request as we were 7 people. However, we sat on 2 different tables like other people next to us. We were 4 people on our table, and had 4 dishes, and 3 people on another table with 4 dishes too. I did ask if 4 dishes were enough for 4, she said yes. We would be happy to order more if we knew it wouldn’t be enough! We discussed if we should get more after the first few dishes, but due to the slow service and average food, we decided to not go ahead.
If we had to order 3 dishes per person to be enough, it would definitely take much longer and be so expensive in the restaurant without AC.
The guy who seems like a manager said the ACs don’t work, but the waitress turned it on, so was the manager lying to us and trying to save electricity? Even after she turned it on, the restaurant had remained 30 degrees for our entire time in...
