I would not recommend here for a hotel. We just checked in after we previously had booked a 4 night stay for part of our honeymoon and have immediately regretted the decision. The greeting when you arrive is chaotic because frankly this is not a hotel, this is a restaurant where the restaurant staff will occasionally be able to show guests up to their room. And the room is not nice or clean. Our "bed" is two very thin twin mattresses pushed together with a bedsheet that has holes, grass, and various other things in it which I am praying to God right now does not include bugs. The towels look like they've seen a generation of use with frayed and ripped edges. We immediately went downstairs and asked to cancel our reservation as this is not acceptable for the price we are paying, and they denied it. Hopefully we will have better luck tomorrow getting out of here. The food did smell delicious, and the location is good, but this is not worth it to stay...

We had to check in very late and the owner himself stayed to help accommodate us. The views from our studio were breathtaking each morning, watching the sunrise over the mountains and across the rooftops of Soller is indescribable!

The location is perfect and opens up directly into the most beautiful plaza we say in Mallorca. With more than a fair share of restaurants and shopping, (don't miss the Saturday market!) You can really access anything in town. We got covered parking as well and were and to enjoy a gorgeous drive along the coast and take the local antique train to the beach.

Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful on the trip and I only hope that next time I come back (and absolutely will) that my Spanish is 1/10 as good as their English.

Thank you for a very memorable weekend and my favorite...

What can be said but will try staff extremelly friendly tried very hard with their english service was excellent breakfast inclusive and very well cooked nothing to much ttouble. House keeping was very good rooms and beds made well sheets very fresh. Extra blankets if colder night expected. The situation of the hotel is perfectly central for visiting restuarants and transport including buses and trams to other destinations. Most places to visit fornalutx lovely coffee shops and views. Best chicken and mushroom pizza in the squre and best restsurant besides la vila casa alvaro very friendly and tapas for me the best on the island but save room for a brandy coffee and chocolate fondant. First time in mallorca but not the last very friendly place hope to come back to la villa. Hire a scooter...

Ruhe sucht man in diesem Hotel jedenfalls vergeblich.

If only the hairs found in the bed, the bathroom and the floor were the only issue found. In addition the service was deplorable during all the stay. We really felt we were disturbing them when we arrived and during the stay. In short, this is not a hotel, it is only a busy restaurant with rooms upstairs that are not their priority - like their guests. “Ancient” which would have its charm but the rooms were old, and we had holes in the bedsheets. Oh and we arrived we were greeted among dirty dishes. When we mentioned that to the managers, the only accommodation was to offer a breakfast discount of 20€, which we refused as we already gave way to much money for this place and this was not worth the lack of quality and cleaning felt for the entire stay.
