Restaurant La Vila — Restaurant in Sóller

We came in yesterday (11th November at 17:00)with an intention of having a lovely dinner. The pleace looked beautiful. The food was probably as well. Unfortunatelly the lady that welcomed us had a really univiting attitude. She treated us as if somebody gave her this jub as a punishment. I asked my girlfriend what she thinks about the service as we sat down to make sure it is not my misinterpretation. She reflected my impression back. We decided to stand up and go and it next door. We arrived for dinner and asked for a table for 2. Immediately the waitress was rude and not very welcoming. We waited for a while but nobody come with menus, eventually the waitress come over and asked what we would like to drink. We asked to see a menu to which she replied that they do not have any (we could see menus at the front of the restaurant). Avoid this place! The customer service is terrible; the staff is unwelcoming and unprofessional. I saw two male employees making jokes and laughing at customers. These same employees refused to serve tourists inside the restaurant, instead sending them to the terrace because they didn't want to walk back and forth.
