Family run restaurant with front and back outdoor terraces and a smart airy but cosy interior, run by a well established chef and his family. Not open that long, one senses it is still settling down into a rhythm - I went with three colleagues for lunch and it was busy, but that was reflected in our having to wait a considerable time for our food, which, when it arrived, was disappointing, eg. way overdone (almost crusty) grilled salmon, and a disappointingly dry steak. We put it down to dealing with a rush of people during a busy Sunday lunchtime, otherwise we would have remonstrated. Vegetables all extra, and the portions not that huge, although the plates are vast and deep. Their desserts, however, are excellent and the portions generous. Try the sampler plate to share. Price-wise, this place is on the expensive side for what is a simple eatery, but the table linen is decent and the place has a good heart. I hope it settles down, as there's plenty of potential. Ample car parking next door, but it gets busy...

The tacos intrigued us and they had all flavour sensations you could wish for: salty, spicy, sweet, sour, soft and crunchy!
The octopus seems to be a staple dish and I can see why, because you get a generous portion that contains a flavour explosion of everything that is good about Spain!
The picanha was a tad bit too rare but they were happy to put it back on the grill for a minute more. I was so glad it did because it was incredibly flavourful!
We spent less than €60 for 2 persons, so this restaurant is absolutely worth a visit when visiting Sóller!
P.S. they have...
Read moreNice place with a great view of the mountains - perfect for the sunset! We ordered the picanha and iberico secreto and they were both great we also ordered a spinach crepe as a starter but we were unimpressed; the crepe itself was nice but it was swimming in a bath of sauce it would probably be better with the same sauce but not bathing in it. The portions were odd: the crepe was very big for a starter, while the mains were a bit underwhelming. The service was great. Atmosphere was great, but the place was empty, just 3 couples on a Sunday evening, in the end we were by ourselves.
Update after owner's reply: According to Google Maps, we arrived at 20:40 and left at 22:15, so I don't know why you claim we...
