Tierra Burrito Bar - Salamanca — Restaurant in Salamanca

we normally order Tierra from Glovo a couple times a month. Last night we ordered 3 burritos. My mother, eating one of them , had gotten food poisoning and was vomiting the entire night. It’s a shame because the food is delicious and we would frequently buy from here.

This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s seems like you guys definitely have an issue with cross contamination or bad food. Especially since she ordered a veggie burrito. My roommate ate the chips that night also and went to bed feeling nauseous. My friend who used to be a common buyer from Tierra had the same exact food poisoning after eating their burrito and later told me he would never go back because of how sick he got.

He realizado un pedido por just eat, el pedido quedó realizado a las 16:32h , tiempo estimado de entrega 30-40 minutos, ok , hasta ahí perfecto. Pedido entregado a las 17:40h. Yo, realice el pedido , ponía tiempo de espera esos 30-40 minutos y ahí lo dejé, abro la aplicación para ver en qué estado se encontraba el pedido y pone hora de entrega a las 18:15h ( que finalmente como he indicado fue a las 17:40) , ponían pedido recibido, ni preparado, ni en preparación ni nada, evidentemente veo la hora de entrega y quiero cancelar el pedido, miro como se cancela el pedido y a través de just eat indican que debes ponerte en contacto con el establecimiento, poca broma, he llamado 30 veces aún estoy esperando me cojan el teléfono, nadie me coge el teléfono. Me pongo en contacto con just eat por teléfono y una teleoperadora me indica que mi pedido debería haber llegado a las 17:15h que era el tiempo estimado de entrega, pero que para poder cancelar el pedido debe haber un retraso de media hora tras el tiempo estimado de entrega, osea debería ser más tarde de las 17:45h y ahí si mi pedido no hubiera llegado yo podría haber cancelado mi pedido, pero justo llego a las 17:40h. Entiendo las horas estimadas de entrega, pero el pedido se realizó a las 16:32h y llegó a las 17:40h . Lo peor ya no es el tiempo de espera, lo peor es que nadie del establecimiento cogiese el teléfono en todas las llamadas que realice, no entiendo que tengan un teléfono de atención al cliente que no atienden. La comida está muy rica y las cantidades son generosas. Pero la atención recibida en este caso no ha sido...

Chill restaurant with a mexican taco/burrito/nachos bar. You pick either burrito, nachos or a taco bowl and tell them what you want. They don't speak much English, but pointing worked well enough and the workers there were nice people.

The food itself was plentiful and delicious, they offer free refills for soda and prices were good.

-1 star on atmosphere for all of the trash bins outside the locale. Not the restaurants fault, just unlucky.

Place is perfect for take-away, but also chill...
