This place is a hidden gem in Salamanca. The food and coffee are good and the garden and patio area is lovely. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what you get, especially considering what is available at other hotels in Salamanca. I’d say everything else I had was good value for the price paid. Un lugar tranquilo donde en la terracita de abajo se está genial a la sombra y a la fresca. Pedí un brunch Calisto que me preparó con cuidado, por lo que tardó un poco (para nada es esto negativo, ya que las cosas buenas se hacen esperar y compensa más que de sobra la ligera espera). El zumo es natural, el café te lo prepara a tu gusto y estaba todo estupendo. El pan que acompañaba al queso curado era muy crujiente y si ya lo combinabas con el propio queso y la mermelada, potenciabas mil su tremendo sabor. Las tostadas de queso crema, salmón ahumado y aguacate estaban increíbles: crujientes, nada escasas en cuanto a ingredientes. Y para finalizar el yogur con granola, fruta y un pelín de mermelada que le daba ese toque dulce. Todo ello combinado te hacía sentir toda la gama de sabores y texturas. Sencillamente espectucular. Muy contenta con el servicio, los platos y el lugar. Es muy acogedor y tranquilo. Me arrepentí de no haber llevado un buen libro para poder leer. Recomendado...
