La Dolce Vita is, without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped in, it felt like we had stumbled across a hidden gem straight out of Italy — authentic, warm, and full of charm.

On our first night, we ordered the carbonara and tagliatelle, and both were absolutely exceptional. The carbonara in particular was next level — rich, creamy, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care and traditional technique. The tagliatelle was just as impressive, with fresh pasta cooked to perfection and a depth of flavor that left us speechless.

We were so blown away, we came back the very next night. Of course, we had to get the carbonara again — it was just that good. This time, we also tried the Diavola pizza, which was the perfect mix of spice, char, and authentic Italian-style crust. Everything was made fresh, with quality ingredients that really stood out.

What made the experience even more memorable was the lovely Italian couple who own the restaurant. The wife, in particular, was running the floor on her own and was absolutely ran off her feet — but you’d never know it from the service. She was calm, kind, and completely on top of everything, delivering a true 10/10 service with a smile.

La Dolce Vita isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. If you’re lucky enough to be nearby, do yourself a favor and book a table — this place is...

The pizza was without a doubt the most authentic Italian pizza I've ever experienced, the ingredients were top notch; the wine which was recommended to us was beautiful. They also recommended condiments as I had mentioned I'd wanted it spicy, and a spicy oil was provided as an accompaniment without me having to then request it. We give the utmost of compliments to the chefs.

The lady out front is a complete credit to the team; her English was perfect, (we're Brits so it certainly helped); her customer service in terms of being friendly courteous and making recommendations was amazing. The pinnacle of outstanding customer service. And she was doing it all alone, no other front-of-house staff yet she made everybody feel valued, comfortable and at-home.

I don't think I've ever had an experience before where it's been completely faultless; this may be my first. (But I'm being picky, so one thing to note is the Google opening hours were incorrect by 30 minutes, not a huge deal).

Thanks for an amazing meal for me and my partner on our first holiday...

Took my partner to the restaurant because we heard it was the best in salou for italian .. Whilst we was there we was stood for 15 minutes waiting for table. finally once seated and taken orders we waited 45 mins for ham board to come out with no oils breads olives or anything for that matter ... whilst waiting all we heard was the head chef shouting aggressively to his wife(waiter) over and over .. once we finally finished our starter we waiting a further 1 hrs 10 mins for mains to come out uncooked . When we challenged the waiter we got shouted at aggresivvilly and I was pushed and shoved out and verbally screamed at as my partner too.. even other people in restaurants came out in street ... we finally walked away in discust with the head chef shouting down the street abusive comments this was the very worst experience I have ever had eating out abroad.. I will be updating trip...

Great little restaurant with superb service, delicious food and reasonable prices. We happened upon this restaurant by chance. After a busy day, a quiet restaurant with great food was what we were looking for. With only 8 tables, we were fortunate to get the only one that wasn't reserved. The menu, consisting of mainly pizzas and pasta had a good variety. We each had a pizza and were both very impressed - this was the closest I've found to an authentic Italian pizza outside of Italy. The portions were large, bases thin and beautifully crisp and they were garnished with a generous covering of toppings. We inquired about the homemade cakes on offer for dessert and chose Cannoli, which did not disappoint. The prices were reasonable and we both left with full bellies and smiles on our faces.

After spending a day queueing for hours in Port Aventura our feet felt like we'd been walking on broken glass and we'd basically given up the will to live. Popped in here based on reviews and it absolutely saved us. Authentic and tasty Italian pizza and the cannoli dessert was amazing. Friendly welcoming service. You won't be disappointed. Ok, 2nd review as we came here again after our first visit. Every pizza we had was excellent, with the Italian and the burrata being standouts. Tiramisu for dessert this time, I don't even like tiramisu but this one converted me, it's insanely good. Me and my partner had a conversation about moving to Salou just so we can eventually work our way through the whole menu. La Dolce Vita for life!
