Avoid avoid avoid! On the 27th of April 2025, me, my partner and my partners brother all came here for our evening meal and all ordered the same chicken skewer from their menu. When the food arrived we thought nothing of it and starting eating. I cut into my second piece of chicken and it was completely raw, so I made the staff aware by taking my plate to the front of the restaurant and visually showing them how raw the chicken actually was. Hats off to them, they did offer to make me another but I politely declined as i didn’t want the fear of the new one being the exact same which is understandable! Then what I’m guessing was the manager, came to our table and was just blatantly rude from the get go as she stated that ‘it was only a little bit raw’ and she would give us a ‘discount’. She comes back to the table (baring in mind, these meals weren’t cheap and our overall bill for 3 meals and 3 drinks came to €80) and hands me the bill which she’s only taken €8 off of. I’m not one to argue but I could’ve been extremely poorly if I would’ve eaten said chicken so I fought my corner and said I wasn’t paying for my meal. My parter is still continuing to eat his meal and lo and behold, his chicken is raw too! We also brought this up whilst speaking to the manager and she smirked through entire conversation whilst still making the statement of ‘it’s only a little bit raw’. Completely unacceptable when I’m paying good money for a meal I’m expecting to be cooked. She then disappears and then another meal magically appears infront of me when I’d already said I didn’t want another one making. She then brings the bill back again for the second time and has only deducted €16 which doesn’t cover my meal not to mention my parters raw meal either. The customer service was absolutely disgusting as they weren’t understanding that chicken coming out of the kitchen is unacceptable and disgusting. Avoid...

(reading through other reviews after our visit, it's clear the high rating is inflated by staff pushing people into post 5 star reviews and watching over their shoulder. Even offering free drinks to do so.)
Went today for breakfast.... Really wish I had have walked on. The staff couldn't seem less interested if they tried. We ordered a full English with no beans, pancakes with fruit (advertised as raspberries, banana and a few other bits). The full English was to come with a drink included, I asked what drinks this includes and was advised that it was any tea or coffee, so I asked for an iced latte. My parter also asked for an iced latte.
My food arrived, luke warm at best and the eggs still raw (snotty egg whites) I like a runny egg, not a runny bum thanks. About 5 minutes later my partners pancakes arrived, also luke warm and not as advertised. A weird selection of redcurrants still on the stalk, some blueberries, a few slices of green apple and a few slices of banana smothered in cheap honey. Not great. And still no iced lattes. About 5 minutes after that 2 espressos with a dash of milk arrived. We informed the girl that we didn't order these drinks. Eventually we got the right drinks. No one asked us of everything was okay and trying to get someone's attention to get the bill was near on impossible.
Despite not eating most of the food, which they never mentioned or seemed to care about, we decided to just pay and cut our loses. But the final dig was when the bill came and they charged us €10 for 2 iced lattes, (one of which should have been included) my partner asked about this and was told it wasn't despite initially being told it was.
After a few moments of disagreeing they eventually decided to remove it from the bill. But still €25 for some uneatable food, poor service and an argument. I would say avoid this place...
Read moreWe recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the service. Our waiter, Mohammed, was extremely rude from the start. I have a serious allergy to peppers and onions, so I was asking questions to ensure my food didn’t contain either. Instead of being understanding, he rolled his eyes and shook his head as if I was being difficult, which made me feel very uncomfortable — especially considering the amount of money we were spending.
Although my meal did come without the allergens, I spent the whole time worried it might not, simply because of how dismissive he was. He continued to be rude when bringing the food to the table and even cut us off mid-sentence when we were asking for the bill.
To top it off, when we received the bill, we noticed we were charged for coleslaw that we hadn’t requested. We assumed it came with the meal, but apparently not. We paid it anyway, but it’s something to be aware of.
What really cemented our decision not to return was overhearing him being rude to other diners nearby. For a place that isn’t cheap and actively encourages people to come in from the street, you’d expect a much better level of service. Sadly, based on this experience, we won’t be going back. Just something to keep in mind if you’re thinking...
