If you want traditional home cooked food ,sorry Canarian food Casa Juan is the place to be . The paella is cooked with love and care . The flavours bring out the dish so much . 20 years ago I first tasted paella . It brought back so many memories. It's like sitting at their family table and being served what they would eat . Do not miss out on Casa Juan . It's like your part of the family ! I dare not mention the service as I would feel that the owner and his wife would be offended to call it service at the table , like I said they make you feel...

As longtime PDI-fans we were already very familiar with the little gem that “Casa Juan” is. A long history of amazing food, great service and a stunning views. Last year, Lidi and Juan told us about their approaching retirement and we were gutted at first. However, after two visits under new management we can rest assured: The legend continues! The food is still great and the waitress is the nicest, kindest soul… Give these people a chance, they deserve it! They are filling very big shoes and doing a...

Never sat in for food as it was closed but was looking at the sand dunes along with multiple other people and who I presume was the owner which was an angry bald man who was up on the roof flung these rocks at us which is shown in the picture. It wasn’t blocked off and nothing was up to stop us from looking at the view. I find this appalling behaviour from an old man and for this reason I wouldn’t eat here due to that service he gave us.

All in nice view but just look out for the rocks...

We ended up at Casa Juan restaurant based on our host's recommendation. Our hunger led us to choose pizza, which turned out to be decent but not particularly memorable. However, what truly distinguishes Casa Juan is the incredible view it offers, especially of the desert dunes. The panoramic scenery is something that will stay with me for a long time, and I highly recommend a visit for the unforgettable vistas it provides. Credit cards are not accepted.
