Steak House La Casita Canaria — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

So this place was in a great location on the beach front with lovely views of the sea and some sunshine coming in through the windows :) it didn't seem that busy when we arrived but it soon got busy. I ordered a chicken and cheese baguette and my partner ordered the egg, chips and chorizo. The only thing I will say is that the service wasn't great and I appreciate it was busy, we were waiting quite a while and when the food came the server just dumped it on our table and ran off, we hadn't even been given knives and forks and my partner had to go up and ask for some. It was just a bit chaos energy coming from the serving staff. My partners food was nice and my baguette was ok but unfortunately the very large slices of tomato and lettuce they put in it had made the bread underneath very soggy and that is a big off put for me so sorry guys for the 3 stars! We tried this restaurant whilst on holiday and were pleasantly surprised, as the food was tasty, great portion sizes and very good value for money. Just under 44 euros for 4 main courses, plus drinks (2 alcoholic) and ice creams. The location is great right near the beach front and very friendly staff and service. It's a shame we only discovered the place on our last day of holiday as we would definitely of returned! The 1 only downfall is the constant pestering of the looky looky men going past and trying to sell their wares whilst trying to eat your meal (which isn't the restaurants fault) so I would recommend sitting inside or further back in the marquee if you don't want to be...

We came here and ordered a lasagna and pasta bolognese and 2 drinks, one being fresh juice when it came it was mixed with water, had an orange slice and had a large block of ice in it. We were really disappointed with it as the taste was really watered down.

The lasagna came and it was pipping as if from a microwave, it was alright but we weren't glad it was microwaved. The pasta bolognese was ok, but it was not the best you can get.
