Mojito Beach — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

We walked by and saw sisha’s on the table, and asked if they had place for 2 and sisha. They said yes, so we took place. Ordered cocktails and sisha. Cocktails were there fast, but no sisha. After 20 minutes we asked where the sisha was. They told us they had none available at the moment. Nobody came to tell us, we had to ask to get to know this. They told us to wait untill they had one available. We waited for 40 minutes, and still no sisha. We asked for the bill and left. After we walked out, the person who told us we could have sisha in the beginning asked us if we enjoyed our drinks and sisha. After we told we didn’t have any sisha, he called the waiter, who told there was no sisha available, to him. The waiter told him and us he did have sisha available right now and if we wanted we could have it. Very weird, because after 40 minutes and multiple times of asking he said to us that he didn’t. Worst experience ever in a bar. First time ever I wanted to leave without paying. The cocktails are expensive and the service is horrible. We almost had to stand on our heads to get a waiter to notice us. At the end we gave up and left. It took us almost an hour to get them to bring the bill, to get to an atm to get money(cause they don’t accept cards) and to get them to notice us so we could pay. In the end we just walked to the bar to give them the money and we walked away. Never getting back...

We visited for late night drinks and received terrible service. When we asked to pay, we already knew we did not want to leave a tip, which really is not in our nature, given that we work as waiters too. The waiter, however, seemed to have decided to get the tip himself when he gave us €1 less change. Upon carefully asking about it to provide an opportunity for an apology and correction in case he may have done so by mistake, we were only met with attitude. Would never return and definitely...
