This place WOW! By far the worst buffet I’ve ever seen! Well unless you just want chicken in batter! It displays that it’s got so much choice and it’s BS as there was few deep fried bits and that’s about it. My mate had a plate of chips and noodles and the noodles where not noodles they where infact actually spaghetti! We was in there for 30 mins as I wanted to wait as they said they had duck and in the time I was in there 6 people asked for duck and there must have been 60 people in and out the restaurant that had been suckered in by the staff so to not have it was shocking! When they finally brought it out there was 8 slices of duck and then it was gone again! Basiclly they didn’t want to serve it as it’s the most exspensive thing for them and they tried to slow it coming out! Once you’ve got past how bad the food is and the selection atleast you will be able to wash it down with a flat coke poored from a big 20p bottle of the stuff! Atleast when you have finished the worst buffet and washed it down with chap flat coke the bill comes…..but that’s where the fun starts as they try and steal your money then as I paid with a 50 euro note and she tried to give me change of a 20….. even though the meal came to more than that! I’m bar far the most un fussy person when it comes to food but this is unreal how bad it was! I’ve never left a review before but felt so strongly to try and warn others off...

Walked by and were herded in with the promise of the best price all you can eat on the block ...9.95€ per adult. Upon getting our plate the waitress came and insisted we buy drinks. Major pressure campaign, with nothing communicated up front and nothing posted to that extent. She pressures to the point of harrassment, saying how they depended on drinks, etc. and couldn't survive without them. We conceded and bought one small water at which she continued to harass, saying we had to get a drink per person. We kindly communicated that nothing was stated up front nor mentioned in the menu or postings, and refused. After some back and forth and much discomfort on our end they charged us 9.95 x 2 for our meals (as expected) plus 3.00 for a tiny bottle of water (.40 at the nearest supermarket) lll, plus tax. Had they communicated up front it would have been ok, but the lying/deception/scamming way in which it was done was clearly a way of scamming tourists. This place clearly does not care about repeat customers and we will not be back. Food was mediocre and some of it was cold. One...

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant. We were interrupted while eating and ended up in a pointless argument with the staff and manager who, by the way, was shouting throughout the conversation. The issue? They insisted we buy a drink, despite me clearly saying I wasn’t ready for one. I was probably going to order later, but after that interaction, I chose to stand my ground. It seems that a few euros charge for water was more important to them than providing good service. The whole situation was completely unnecessary and ruined the meal for everyone at our table.

The staff really needs better training in customer service. To top it off, they made it clear that drinks were their primary revenue, and that we should leave unless we ordered one. Of course, we chose to leave, which was such a shame, especially since they invited us in without mentioning this policy upfront. Truly...
