I had the Cabrales burger and it was good but my gfs Canarian one was quite bland for 8 euros... Somehow our order was messed up so my friend and I were given a knife and told to slice our burger in half. This was a burger full of cheese so it all came out all over the plate and just ruined the experience of eating it to be honest. We then had to wait what must have been at least half an hour for the other half which the same thing happened with, and which we had to eat with no chips as we had eaten the ones that came with the burger due to how hungry we were and how long it took. Other than apologising we were offered nothing for the inconvenience which I thought was the least they could do after we'd spent so long there that the bar we were having drinks at afterwards closed before we could even go, messing up our evening. I wasn't keen on having to pay for sauce separately either... Food is pretty good and deserves more stars but the experience brings it right...
Read moreThis burger I had here was just okay, I feel like it could have been a lot better but due to lack of attention and lack of care I received a mediocre burger. I ordered the "Canaria" which is a Canarian version of a "Juicy Lucy". This sounds good on paper but when I received my burger I was taken aback by just how little cheese there was.
I guess I am a used to burgers in the USA but this wasn't quite on par due to how little cheese was in the burger. There might have been a single bite of cheese, if that, not to mention the meat itself was a bit too dry for my liking. I feel like this place could be a lot better if they actually cared to pay attention to each burger. My girlfriend ordered the same burger as me and it was dripping with cheese and full of flavor. Mine was like the Sahara Desert, dry and lacking any cheese. The flavors were nice but damn, this could have been better.

Read moreVery frustrating experience trying to check the restaurant out. They only have an online interactive menu you pull up on a smart phone, but with numerous pull down options... so you're never seeing the entire thing unless you go through every single option. I'm also worried about peanut allergies, so I need to see everything they have to conduct a threat assessment. Ordering a burger shouldn't require more than 20 minutes of research and advanced decryption of way too many variables. I recognized the place would be a black hole and called time on it.
My suggestions: have a PDF menu so people can see everything in one go. Do a better job indicating food allergens... it doesn't matter just if the dish your interested in has, say, peanuts, but similar dishes as well.
They may very well have a good burger, but need to work on making their restaurant accessible, and not...
