Desy Vegas is a must-visit spot in the Gros district — a lively, well-known establishment from the same owners as Bar Desy. While Bar Desy is smaller and more intimate, Desy Vegas brings a little more space, sparkle, and bright lights — just like the real Vegas.

The true headliner at both spots, though, is the famous burger, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. Perfectly cooked with a slightly crispy char on the outside, melted cheese that ties it all together, and buns that taste freshly made — every bite is pure perfection. The burger comes served rare, which really lets the simplicity of the meat, cheese, and bun shine together for a flavor that’s hard to describe but unforgettable.

Desy Vegas also features 10 local craft beers on tap, making it an ideal stop for anyone who loves pairing a great burger with a good pint.

I was lucky enough to visit both Bar Desy and Desy Vegas during my time in San Sebastián, and while the menus (and incredible burgers) are the same, the atmosphere differs — Bar Desy offers a cozier, smaller vibe, while Desy Vegas brings a livelier, energetic setting. The service at both was equally attentive and friendly.

Whether you go big at Desy Vegas or keep it intimate at Bar Desy, one thing’s for sure — don’t leave San Sebastián without trying their burger....

All I have to say is Wow! This is the place you need to try if you're in the area. Me and my 4 siblings went on a once in a lifetime trip and it quickly became our go to spot! We all agreed that out of all the spots we ate at in Donstia - San Sebastian it was by far our favorite! Fresh quality ingredients, amazing atmosphere and incredible people as well! We ate at several Michelin rated/listed resturauants in the area and we just found ourselves coming back again and again and nowhere else compared!
